Mercury's is wonderful organic coffee! My brevet was really hot like I like it. And they added the stevia packets for me! My favorite coffee place. 😍

First of all I've been a patron of this business for at least 15 years in all that time there have been very few mistakes made in the preparation of the drinks. They have organic options and their coffee is organic! Super important to this nutritional therapy practitioner. Love the service, the little extras such as the chocolate coffee beans. The ability to load a card and get a free drink is always nice too. The business model is perfect. And they actually care about their customers.

I understand the concept of being annoyed when a customer doesn’t read the signs. But to have a customer sit at a double sided driveway, where they will naturally assume they will get service, turned their backs (no, there were no other cars almost the entire time) have The customer knock on the window multiple times (I just really thought that they did not realized I was there), then facing my direction, but not even lifting their heads up. And then eventually acknowledge me by using their hands to point at the sign that says move forward (not: window closed) It was incredibly condescending and rude It’s almost laughable, as it really comes across bratty behavior? Ot Is it racial? First and last time here and needless to say that I ended up getting a delicious latte at the coffee shop down the street.
But way to help people get their day started!!

The drip was so stale and lukewarm. Like they could have at least told us the drip was not fresh, and we would have ordered something else 🥲

They were all out of both croissant sandwiches, so the girl offered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and we said that will work. We ordered two drinks, neither were supposed to be blended but they decided to turn one into a smoothie which was unfortunate and made it taste rotten. I opened the box that my sausage egg and cheese sandwich was supposed to be in and found a hard burnt bun with an egg patty inside. I have never been so disappointed after stopping to get drinks and food.
