This place has gone downhill over the last 6 months. Used to go frequently but not lately due to long waits and incorrect orders. Went in today. Nearly empty and now understaffed. Expected an easy time. When I arrived at the counter I asked for two pizzas. Both signature pizzas with one pizza only having two substitutions (mega dough and jalapenos added) for some reason the pizza maker wouldn't make the pizza in front of me and basically wrote down the order and sent me to the cashier. Seemed odd and I knew I should have said something. Of course both substitutions were missed and the pizza was overall underwhelming. Honestly seems they just don't have an experienced team and likely churn employees quickly.

With a 30% price increase you would think they would not be so lean with the mozzarella cheese. But they are! Remembering when they first opened my belief was the franchise model was a long term winner. Haven't ordered from Mod in over 2 years and now, after giving them a chance, looks like I may never go back. Too bad because I really liked their pizza early on.

Pick it up or eat there. Last 2 orders have been taken to an address that is not ours. The MOD drive “help” option goes to a call center that doesn’t help.

Marketing strategy absolute win, just get a solid $20 pizza just for looking at a piece of cardboard? I’m in, smart business model! Good food too, fed me an entire day with extra calories for physical sporting, kicking the old pinecone and rock.

I ordered a Caspian half of the toppings that come on the pizza are not on the one that was delivered to me very frustrating especially because it’s one of their signature pizzas.

Absolutely love this place! Mod Pizza in Bothell is my go-to spot for a quick, delicious, and totally customizable meal. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they keep the line moving fast even when it’s busy.

The ingredients are super fresh, and I love that I can pile on as many toppings as I want for the same price. The crust comes out perfectly every time—crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. The vibe inside is upbeat and clean, and there’s always good music playing. Whether I’m grabbing lunch solo or dinner with friends, Mod never disappoints. Highly recommend!
