Love this place! I moved to Bothell recently and was bummed to lose the coffee stand by my old apartment. They had the best matcha I'd ever had with excellent service and prices. So I was delighted when I tried out NW Espresso and their matcha was just as good! Staff are lovely and are already remembering my dog and my usual order. So happy to have found another great coffee spot close to home!

Cheap, fast, and friendly. I come here a lot and I know some of the people here pretty well. They're ALWAYS super kind, and they know how make really good coffee. Every other place around over charges and under delivers, but Haley runs an incredible business and knows how to make customers feel welcomed and valuable.

Nice staff. They take clues from you and know when to crank out a drink and get you back on your commute. Like 2 minutes and I'm moving while still having a nice cheerful conversation.

While I am a regular and typically love this stand, I am super disappointed with todays interaction! Their food is great, the muffin tops are always fresh tasting etc. I always get a redbull Italian soda in varying sizes. I’ve NEVER seen them add club soda. The girl this morning added it in between two red bulls in a 32 oz. I asked her if she added it, she said yes, it’s standard and it’s to help with less ice. I told her I’d like more ice if that’s the difference, it’s not standard, and she should ask before diluting it. I’ve been making coffee for over 10 years, and this is not a standard in my book. She argued that bigger chains do it (which they’re not???) and then proceeded to give it to me anyways. I told her I would take it this time, but I didn’t get the full 2 Red Bulls?? Not happy I paid for the 2 Red Bulls but got around 1 1/2 and some club soda. It tasted diluted and not happy with the how she handled it. I’ll have to find a different stand from now on.

I work near this stand, so I come here quite often. The coffee is usually pretty good, but pretty pricey. The servers can sometimes be very nice, but other times not so much. Usually when I go to a coffee stand, I'm hoping it's worth the effort and money, so it can be disappointing when they miss the mark.
