Friendly staff food hot and fresh. I would not say anything “special “ but good. Salad is lettuce and three strips of carrots.

OMG Would you like some beef with your Mongolian beef?!!!! I paid $17.99 for a to go box full of onions. OUTRAGEOUS! I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND this joke of a place. I'm pretty sure the owners have changed bc I've been back multiple times specifically for their Mongolian beef it also had salad before too. Now all it is is a box full of onions with about 7 little pieces of beef with 2 scoops of rice. RIDICULOUS! If I could give no stars I would.

It's definitely more of an order out place, but the food here was excellent, and there's so much on the menu that I can't wait to try it again.

The owners are extremely rude. Food is meh. Some days it's good. Some days it feels like boomer forgot to take their prevagen
Been coming here for almost 5 years but not anynore. Portions have dwindled. Prices are insane ($18 for chicken breast) and the quality has plummeted. It used to be amazing but in the last year or so it has really gone down.

Fantastic food.. Everything is moist and fresh.. Also it's good that the food comes out right away.. Just make it then and it's spicy.. Chicken cutlet is moist.. Beef uses a very good one.. Other places I eat it with sauce but this beef tastes really good.. It's just the right flavor. There's a meat restaurant..

Let me be clear before I start this review, I absolutely adore the staff, everyone is so nice, service is great and the place itself is nice and convenient. I have been a long time customer (7 years) and I had probably ordered from them at least once every week, that's how good they were. They used to be my favorite teriyaki place, hands down.
But after new management and the very kind man who used to take care of the front desk disappeared, the quality of the food has drastically changed, and after seeing a few recent reviews that have said the same, I also have to say something about it.
First, with the beef teriyaki; it used to be my favorite thing on the menu. It was never chewy, always drenched in teriyaki sauce, and the cut of meat was always great. Used to taste like heaven. However, now, the meat tastes cheap, chewy, and rubbery (sometimes I can't even swallow it), under/over cooked, and just wasn't prepared with the same amount of love.
Then the chicken teriyaki. The quality of this hasn't changed as much, but it's important to me to note that now the "normal" teriyaki is spicy. As someone who can't handle spice very well, it upsets me that they don't just serve normal teriyaki anymore; it's got some kick to it that I just don't like, and the chicken is cut thinner and somehow tastes less rich than it used to be.
Overall, I don't like the changes new management has made. I understand it's what must be done and some things just can't stay the same, but there have been multiple reviews complaining about the meat quality in the meat dishes, and it's too many complaints not to fix.
Again, prefacing that this isn't an attack on the people/restaurant! Just constructive criticism. I'd love to one day be able to call this place my favorite teriyaki restaurant again, but for now, I can't not be honest.
