I have to thank this place—it taught me what a two-star review is really for. The food and service weren’t good, but they weren’t catastrophic either. Two stars is that strange middle ground where things go wrong, yet you feel a little bad piling on because everyone seems to be trying. A valuable lesson, courtesy of Outback Steakhouse.

I received a gift certificate to Outback Steakhouse as part of a gift basket from work. I had not previously dined at an Outback Steakhouse establishment. The customer service was exceptional. They were attentive and warm. The atmosphere was quaint and cozy. I wish I could say the food was good, but I cannot. Since it is a steakhouse, I did not expect many healthy options and my expectations were met. The food was also bland and overcooked. However, the charming staff made the dining experience pleasant and the food was filling.

Super friendly staff and amazing food. The aesthetic was peaceful and the wait time was next to nothing. The steak was perfect. Shout out to our waitress who was super kind, efficient, and helped us order since it was our first time ordering steak. I also high recommend trying the shark attack drink if you come here. It’s very sweet and masks the taste of the alcohol well. Plus it’s a fun popular trend online so you can always take a video for your socials.

I had fun but that's not the point. It is a steakhouse so the chef should know how to cook a steak. I ordered medium rear: it arrived well done (without a shade of red). I was offered a replacement, it arrived blue, still mooing. Unfortunately I couldn't wait for the third attempt so we left. I did not eat steak that evening. The potato soup was tasty.

Steak was small with lots of grisl and fat. Over cooked and still cold. Veggies were under cooked. Onion was good.

Our waitress needs to be a hostess for a while until she can listen to her customers orders. I had to send my salad back 3 times because she got it wrong each time and after the last time she still brought it with something I asked to leave off due to an allergy. I finally gave up. She also assumed my dad didn't want bread just because I had a gluten free allergy. She needs to ask before assuming. We know what assuming does.

We have enjoyed their lunch specials on Sunday after church. The food is good at great prices. Sunday afternoons it is quiet and the service is great!

The service was timely and attentive. Hanna was my waitress. One of the best servers in.my memory. 5 Stars. I enjoyed an 18 oz prime rib. It was prepared perfectly. Overall, I enjoyed an awesome dinner.
