Great, healthy food options. They have nice salad options and great soups. The half combos are nice with half sandwiches and a half salad or soup. Tasty meal! The manager took care of a customer's unique request nicely. Great stop!

The quality and quantity of food especially for take out has been reducing or they get the orders wrong. We pick up mac and cheese every week and this has been our standard for quite a while now. For the past few weeks we have noticed the quantity has been reducing and we don’t receive more than 2/3 cup and this time the order was completely messed up. The Large mac and cheese had barely any pasta and just full of sauce . The cup was filled less than 2/3.

I think they are very much under staffed and not able to deliver the order on time. I was promised delivery at 1pm but even after 30 mins of wait my order was not delivered

These are some of their vegetarian options that I have tried and I loved all of them- 'Balsamic greens with grains' bowl, Mediterranean greens with grains bowl and Fromage Crossaint toast. You get to choose a free side of either a french baguette, a small packet of chips or an apple. I do not like their french baguette.
Panera delivered to the office today, and let’s just say productivity took a sharp decline while soup and sandwich happiness skyrocketed. We were supposed to be in a meeting... but someone said “mac and cheese,” and suddenly we were all in a spiritual experience.
The delivery was fast, accurate, and somehow made the breakroom smell like a cozy café instead of a microwave graveyard. Whoever packed the order deserves a raise and a cinnamon roll.

Seems like their bread quality has gone down in the last decade. I ordered a dozen bagels and was disappointed with the quality. They did not seem very fresh. I have also noticed their baguettes aren’t as good as they used to be.

I went with my family for lunch yesterday. We all selected pick 2 menu. I’m not sure what’s going on but we all got half of the portion of food we used to get. The salad was a very small portion on the bottom of the bowl. The soap was so watery and cold, felt like they poured water to mix it. It’s not worth to go to Panera any more it’s a total shame because they used to be so good.
