Papa Johns Pizza

The employee guy was a total fire spectrum person. He told me order was ready in 5 minutes. After I came back inside to retrieve order he was on on the phone did not wash his hands as he continued to make pizza and told me I could not get order and asked me to leave his store. Very rude and threatening and may I say was racial profiling

I placed an order with Bothell-Mill Creek store, it was around 130 when I placed the order the store closed at 2 AM. I was hung up on twice while taking the order. I don’t think intentionally so I called again and I spoke with a woman and she put the order in said that the store that could deliver to me is closed, but the Bothell mill Creek one was open, but we’d have to pick it up, since I was getting closer to 2 o’clock, I even verified. Are you sure they’re going to be there if I get an Uber or drive there which we had to get an Uber and the woman verified that yes that will be there assuming you know like they will be there a few minutes after 2 o’clock and we could pick up our pizza and we got an Uber and got to the store and they were not there and close. So I contacted the store. They pretty much said they couldn’t do anything. They refunded me blah blah blah, but with the Uber and everything else and verifying are you sure they’re going to be there? They should’ve said no you were about to close whatever it is but she verified that they would be there. So I contacted the store. The girls said there’s nothing they could do like I said and then I contacted customer service and they said they would have to speak to a manager and then I was contacted later and they pretty much said same thing. Nothing they could do but I think for my trouble and having to do all this an Uber and everything else and not getting my order there is a waste of my money in time whether my money was refunded or not I believe I should be comped something because they should’ve told me no even after verifying that they would be there they said or the manager said GM of that store said we saw the order and then around I don’t know. I think they said like 150 or something and then it was voided at 1:55 so I’m guessing it’s customer service or it’s Call center is somewhere else and then the store avoided it because it was near closing so that’s why I contacted customer service. try them since it was their fault, but the store itself is also responsible. I mean the company is responsible so I just think it’s ridiculous. I’ve never had an issue with Domino’s or Pizza Hut and I’m pretty much done with Papa John’s and I think they have horrible customer service and I would not recommend this store or company.

I order from here regularly. If there is a mistake I call and they send me another pizza. It decent pizza for a chain restaurant

Very bad experience with the customer service at this location. Anthony, who claims to be the general manager of the store is very rude, had no etiquette to deal with customers

Order 3 pizzas, tasted fricking awesome!

Network management, please pay attention to the employee who worked on 11.20.2024. He purposely didn't give out finished orders. About 10 people were waiting for their pizza, which was lying around and getting cold. He behaved disgustingly towards the customers, swearing. After such behavior, I had no desire to order pizza from this place.

Buisness currently has a nasty set of rules posted for dashers that include having to do anything that the employees request. Doordash is not a requirement it's a choice. They could hire more drivers. They could blacklist drivers from the store all day. Instead they want to bully 3rd party drivers while not taking responsibility for their short staffed driver positions.
