I can't actually rate the pizza since I never got mine. I placed an online order at 9:15 am for a pickup at 3:15 pm. Arrived at 3:20, gave my name and was told it would be ready soon. After another 15 minutes, I was still waiting and was told it would be ready soon. When I asked for a refund, they finally looked around to find my order-it hadn't been started yet. While we waited several other orders came out. I would give 0 stars if I could.
