Just dont get the chicken fried steak. I choked down 2 bites of the worst chicken fried steak I've ever tried. At least the portions were big enough that I didnt leave hungry. It cost $65 for my wife and I after 20% tip for OJ, coffee and 2 breakfasts. Its a shame because the eggnest in Smokey Point was my favorite breakfast place ever with excellent chicken fried steak and it closed a long time ago. My wife enjoyed her Denver omlette though.
Food was okay, could’ve been better. I think the chef forgot to season my order, it was very bland. Went there for breakfast, it was pretty quiet and empty. Host was very friendly.
