Pho is excellent, comparable to the Than Brothers. We’ve been going here for over 10 years, and it is easily our favorite Pho place in the Seattle area. Everything is delicious! The spicy chicken wings, the spring rolls, the pho. Everything we have ever tried has been amazing.

I love this place, not only is the food amazing to where I ate everything, with perfect broth, but just sitting down really feels like home, and with a staff that treats you like family I wouldn’t choose any other spot for a nice place to eat with good food

I don’t know how I haven’t given this place a review yet. I’ve been coming here for over a decade. It’s very quiet and calm and the food is great. I always get a #10 Pho and the waiter knows my order by now. It feels great being treated like a local. Super friendly service and prices are great.

The worst in all my years of writing about restaurants. Extremely rude and lacking basic courtesy. I stepped in to place an order but suddenly felt unwell and went straight to the restroom. Almost immediately, someone began banging loudly on the door. When I came out, I was shocked to be yelled at in front of other customers. It was humiliating and deeply disrespectful. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Without giving me any chance to say something they started cursing and told me to leave.

It's all about the broth! I've returned to Bothell Pho throughout the years, order the same thing - Veggie Pho w/veg broth. It's yummy and loaded with a variety of veggies. Service is always quick & courteous. They even remember my order.

Absolutely delicious pho and a good price! Got the brisket, small pho, with iced coffee and it really hit the spot on a cool, cloudy day. Don't let the exterior fool you. It's a family run place with great customer service and a cozy, welcoming interior. Highly recommend this place if you love pho!

Wonderful broth that wasn't too greasy. You can tell it's pre-cooked the day before with its rich yet light flavors.
That being said I am dinking down a star since this is the only pho place I've gone to, ordered a large, and wasn't completely full with leftovers after the whole bowl. There could be some other personal factors in play, but comparatively to others the bowl itself is pretty small.
