Cupcakes will all taste the same; oily and the frosting is too sweet. They charged me for what they note as "gourmet", however these feel like homemade cupcakes with no flavor. I called the business, and asked if this is common business practice, and was met with a vapid response on how to contact the manager via an email. I really wanted to enjoy the $20.00 I spent on cupcakes, but this is a hard pass for me. 2 stars as the business was clean and the staff was polite.

Awful!!!!! I ordered a cake and cookies for my daughter’s wedding. My husband went to pick up cake and cookies, the cashier locked herself out of the store while helping him put desserts in car without the WEDDING CAKE!!!!! We also ordered special occasion cookies in the shape of comedy/tragedy masks and VW bug shape. They were HORRIBLE!!! The masks looked like Halloween ghosts and the bugs looked like a child decorated them!!!! So upset, and ZERO apologies from owner!!! We also ordered 20 initial cookies for the bride and groom which looked great but we only got 2!!!!!! Horrible!!! Do NOT count on for something so important as a wedding!

Absolutely AWFUL! For my daughters wedding we ordered specialty cookies and a small cake. My husband went to pick up and the cashier locked herself out of the store with the wedding cake inside!!! Cookies looked horrible. My comedy/tragedy cookies looked like Halloween ghouls, the VW bug cookies looked like a child made them. No apologies from owner, no compensation for poor quality. Also didn't send all the cookies ordered!!!Cake was not the quality we expected, so disappointed in such an important day!

Wish I could get parking that wasn't a 10 min walk. Have went by multiple times to grab some treats and there's no parking even remotely close. Even spent time circling thinking someone might pull out. Nope. They need atleast spot out front that's only for pinkabella. I'm sure they lose allot of business cause if parking.

Pinkabella is the answer to many a dessert night, special occasion, or parent-child outing. Really good balance of frosting to cake with fun favorites and creative specials. But, don’t just stop at the cupcakes. You are missing out on the creativity and artistry of their custom cakes. Some of our favorite birthday memories have been cakes from Pinkabella.

I said it the first time I tried it, I'll say it again here. I am offended at how good it is. They are too good! The flavors are spot on, the proportions are just right, and they make cakes for special occasions too! They are in a great location next to the McMenamins Anderson School, you can't miss them.

My husbands only request for his birthday was to have a classic vanilla and chocolate frosting cupcake; PinkaBella Cupcakes made it happen! I really appreciate how quickly this location completed the order, and were very accommodating. My husband and son really enjoyed the cupcakes; we will definitely return.

Such great cupcakes. A little pricey but totally worth it. Especially their seasonal flavors, always good. The salted caramel and cookie dough are 2 of my must haves. They also sell edible cookie dough, which is also pretty great! Always fantastic service as well. I would definitely recommend stopping in and picking up some cupcakes and/or treats from this cute shop!
