Pizza Hut

Every time we get the New York style pizza it's different. The poor man that was working while the other man was mopping the floor really had his hands full with somebody that refused to try to speak any English. My husband had to jump in with Google translate just to get the line moving. Meanwhile the man that was mopping the floor wouldn't even look up to acknowledge that there was a crazy line. When we tire of some of the other pizza chains this is where we go. It's not always the same location and rarely ever get the same quality of product.

I’ve been ordering from this Bothell location over 3 years now, seen some ebb and flow during that time. But it’s always been pretty good, and right now things are especially good thanks in no small part to Manager Andrew. Since this dude came along, the pizza and the service have been consistently above average. Andrew always comes across as very genuine, and it’s so great to get some good old-fashioned customer service, particularly since it’s so hard to find these days. Thanks Drew, it’s very appreciated!

Note to the Owners: First of all, Drew gets a raise! Second, the DoorDash thing does kinda suck, for several reasons. But I’m sure it was a money thing. And third, the french fries order is pretty small for $3.75. I hope you guys might consider revisiting that portion size.

I am 5min away from pizza hot, they said they don't do any delivery. Talking to this person was rude bad customer service.

Purchased two pizzas for carry out.
Asked for one packet of crushed peppers and was told to buy a packet. Really!! When did that change? Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and the crust was not the usual crispy one that I am use to. It was otherwise made well.

ordered a pizza for delivery through the app thinking they have their own drivers still. called and they said the 1st door dasher took it. 1st driver just stole it and unassigned themselves. i got assigned 7 dashers two of them there at the same time. i called them, they said they cannot do anything until doordash calls them then hung up on me. took an hour and 41 minutes and 7 dashers. thank u for wasting my time. can't wait for their fake response blaming it on doordash when doordash is blaming it on them. waste of time and money.

Ordered three toppings and the pizza litterally doesn't have anything on it. Just wow. The review on Google and Yelp paint a good picture of the quality I guess.

My delivery order was wrong and won't be fixed. Bringing up the issue was very difficult and did nothing to help me.

The person at the Front was nice and courteous unlike places where they just ask your name when picking up , throw the bag in your face and look at the next person. The wings were cooked and sauced great. First time Pizza Hut wings did not disappoint. I loved it. Crispy and saucy just the way I like it.

Very poor service, didn't receive pizza even after 2 hours of placing order(original ETA was 45mins). Had to call up multiple times to get the the order progressed and delivered.

Very disappointing! Will never order again from Pizza hut.

They have been making great pizza. I hope they keep up the good work. Always ask for specials and discounts. The pepperoni pizza is a good once a week treat.
