I like potbelly. It sucks that it’s a hit or miss though. It depends on the staff that makes your food. Some don’t change their gloves when making different sandwiches. Some also seem to add much less sauce compared to others. One time they forgot half of the ingredients in my sandwich haha, I believe the person who made it was new. Still a good place for a decent sandwich.

The pulled pork sandwich and chili mac are amazing, and Roger and Landon are so kind! Definitely recommend this spot and will certainly be back again.
Ordered off the App Store got a BLTA with extra avocado and onion. Got the Onion. No Avocado or bacon. And was met with rude customer service when I politely asked them to remake my sandwich which shocked to see the four star review on Google. Makes me wonder if they are legit reviews.
I took the photo below right in the sandwich. My advise, spend your money at the store and make your own sandwiches and protect your mental health from rude employees who should have stayed home

We ordered on ubereats. I ordered the Mac n cheese pulled pork sandwich. Some how the meat was slimy and dry at the same time. It would have been okay, but they hardly put any BBQ sauce on it. For what they charged for it it definitely wasn't worth it. I couldn't even make it through half of the original size. I also ordered the chips and shake combo and I didn't get my chips. The "java" had a faint aftertaste if you stopped and thought about it but basically was a vanilla shake. They made my ubereats driver wait FOREVER and my shake was completely melted. My sandwich was cold and mushy but my partners was hot. My partner got the meatball sub and he paid 9 dollars extra for the big and it weighed less than my original sized sub. Although it tastes good according to him. Either way I probably will not be back.

We always order online and it IS good don’t get me wrong, I’d prefer this over firehouse or jimmy John’s etc, but why charge 1.25 extra for cheese on a BLT if you’re not gonna put it on the sandwich?? 😫 like that’s my main complaint, yes we notice when it isn’t there, and we didn’t complain or ask for a refund the first two times, but third time is the charm!

I ordered an orginal chicken sandwhich (not a club) online through the PotBelly app. I paid $14 (the original is $10 and I added avocado for $2.99 extra, plus tax).
I drove 30 minutes to this location, picked up it up, and drove 30 minutes back home. I come to find out that my order is entirley wrong. I got half a sandwhich, and my sandwhich had bacon on it (I do not eat bacon) and no avocado which I paid for.
I was pissed because I drove from afar trusting this location.
I called to ask for a refund. This kid answers and he gets very defensive, accusing me of ordering it wrong on uber eats, when in fact I had the receipt open and I ordered it on the POTBELLY APP. So I tell him I need a refund and this was clearly human error at the shop. The kid hangs up.
So I called back and this nice lady ended up processing the refund. But WOW what a terrible experiance and terrible customer support. They clearly made a mistake and can't own up to their mistakes. Stop hiring kids who dont care about your customers. Also how hard is it to get orders right? you guys literally have a receipt describing my order when you make it. PotBelly standards are declining and Im done coming here.

The food and service here are great. I have ordered from here many times, but today I made a mistake when ordering online. When I went to pick up my order, the manager was kind enough to remake my sandwich. Thank you to to Potbelly in Bothell for making sure your customer was satisfied, I really appreciated it!
