Would give this place 0 stars if possible. They are completely understaffed and swamped by online orders. Last two times I’ve had to cancel my order there because I’ve waited more than 20 mins past the time they have said it was supposed to be ready. Stay away until they get new management and more staff. Completely ridiculous!!!

Bad experiences outweigh the taste. We like the sandwiches here - but a few bad experiences where we've lost money and had the wrong items make it difficult to go back.
One time we ordered delivery, which the store didn't confirm, so after waiting and waiting, I called, and then wound up just driving to the store myself to get the food. We asked that the delivery fee be reversed and I had multiple calls about it, they said they would make it right - I never got a refund and they never called to follow up, apparently they forgot about me. Management is hard to get a hold of, and they're the only ones that could authorize a refund.
Today, we had placed an order, didn't receive a bag of chips, didn't receive a dream bar, and received the wrong cookie. Granted, these are relatively small issues, but annoying because it appears to be a pattern (and I was really looking forward to that brownie cookie)
Great customer service and tasty food !!!

The food is delicious, I really enjoy ordering from here. BUT they always forget at least something, whether its the dressing for salads, chips, cookies or even an entire sandwich, its always something! And their delivery is TERRIBLE! Always late! Up to 45 min late! I tried going and picking up, same thing, they forgot an entire order! Always double check your order before leaving and don't be on a time frame if you need it delivered.

Went to Potbelly for the first time since my coworkers always talk about it, and I see it every time I drive by—so I finally decided to give it a try. I placed my order ahead of time, and it was supposed to be ready a little after noon. We arrived about five minutes early, and the restaurant was packed. There were only about three employees working—two making sandwiches and taking orders, and one juggling packing orders and working the register.
The pickup area was crowded with people waiting for DoorDash and online orders. We weren’t really greeted when we arrived—usually, someone acknowledges you or asks for your name, but that didn’t happen. We were just standing there waiting, unsure if we should walk up or wait to be called. I even asked another customer if they call out names for pickup, and she said she wasn’t sure.
After waiting about 25 minutes past the pickup time, we finally got our order. We had two drinks—one bottled and one fountain strawberry passionfruit lemonade. I checked the bag and noticed one drink was missing, so we waited another few minutes to ask someone about it. When I told the worker we didn’t get our drinks, instead of checking or asking what we ordered, she said very snarkily, “It’s already in the bag.” I explained that my friend’s Coke was in the bag, when we looked in her bag at that moment but I had a fountain drink. She looked surprised, grabbed a cup for me, and quickly said, “Have a good day.”
I understand being under pressure—I’ve worked in the food industry too—but there’s no reason to treat customers that way.
Overall, the food wasn’t bad, just not memorable enough for me to return to that location. The flavor didn’t stand out, and the service experience made it less enjoyable. If I try Potbelly again, I’ll probably order delivery or go at a less busy time.

I don't think there is ANYTHING negative to say about this location!
The food? Amazing
The service? Amazing
The price? Very fair.
I've tried quite a few of their sammiches and have never been disappointed.
Tuna, Italian, and any of the others have always been perfect.
Get the heat with their hot peppers added...always a perfect addition for us who like heat.
Mac and Cheese...just as good.
Chili brought me back to Hawaii with Zippy's...which is a huge compliment with me.
Want a pickle? They got those too...and they quarter them.
Cookies? Sure...they're great too!
Huge shout out to Samantha who was friendly on the phone regarding a mistake I had made...so glad I have this location nearby.
Additional tip...order from their app. You can customize more than you can through one of those food delivery apps.

Very delicious, fresh ingredients. Far superior to Subway but also much more expensive. A sandwich, bowl of soup, two waters and a cookie cost me almost fifty bucks. I'm very satisfied with the flavors and consistency throughout the sandwich. The chicken pot pie soup comes with fresh pie crust toppings, as it should, but I've never had it before and that was a cherry on top. The sugar cookie is just too sweet, but it's hard to find cookies in America that aren't sweet. Great staff, clean restrooms, clean dining room. I highly recommend.

I’ve always enjoyed Potbelly sandwiches. Hadn’t been to one in a year as there are few locations near where I live. After checking online menu I decided to check out the Bothell location. I found the staff to be friendly and my order accurate. However, the cost seemed high once my order was rung up. There was no $7.99 combo like shown on their website, and my combo total was $13.88. That seemed high to me for the smallest sandwich size on their menu. The staff didn’t know anything about the website prices, but did mention several other customers had also brought it up and were not happy.
Very spacious and interesting/fun art to look at, workers were a little out of it, but a vibe nonetheless. Safety inspection rating “good” which is mid and had me second guessing but I ultimately gave it a chance (which I did NOT regret) I got the BLTA (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado) which was phenomenal, fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bread, excellent sauce recommendation (garlic aioli) from the sandwich wizard. If I was more local I would hit this spot up very very often. Big Jersey Mikes fan and I would go here over them, 11/10.

I came to this location with my bf yesterday. We don't live in the area, so potbelly sandwiches are always a treat. Our sandwiches were made so nicely, they were hot, fresh, and delicious!!!!! The young guy and young girl who helped us yesterday were really nice and did an excellent job. Already looking forward to the next PB sammy.
