We often go to this location on Saturday at 10AM when they’re supposed to open and many times they do not open at 10AM without any sign or notice so we come home empty handed.

First time trying PotBelly and....My wife got the Avo Turkey and I got the Wreck with Vinigrette on the side. Both orders were messed up. Her sandwich had no avocado, and the lady asked me if I want vinigrette on the sandwich or on the side and I answered on the side. Unfortunately it didn't make it into the bag :/They were rushed. Definitely understaffed and because of that they messed up both our sandwiches. I will update the review depending on what management will do about this.

I would give negative stars if I could. They rang us up for large sandwiches when I clearly ordered skinny ones. Cedric said to call in morning for a refund. I called and person who answered said she doesn't know why he said that. He then got our orders wrong and I had to ask multiple times for the shake I ordered. I have been to the Seattle, Portland and Detroit locations this is a location is an absolute joke. They get your order wrong then rip you off.

I’d give this place 2 stars if I hadn’t waited in line for 10 minutes (no. Seriously. 10 minutes) with no greeting or acknowledgment. The a-hole in front of us (who looked an awful lot like colonel Sanders) was ordering for what I assume was his brigade from a laptop. A laptop. Fortunately, we won’t be going to this specific PotBelly or any other for that matter again. Thank you for the reminder that good service exists somewhere, just not at this location.

Waited half an hour after pick up time just for a salad. I understand right before lunch is busy, but your system needs to account for that. Spent half my lunch break waiting with the 8 other people who's pickup orders were not ready. A large catering event should not push out all of your regular lunch orders.Salad is a decent size (should be for $15!), but a lot of the lettuce needed to be picked out.

Food was fine. Manager was crabby/lackluster. Maybe she was having a bad day cuz it was busy, but it felt rude.When I thanked her for the food, she flatly said ‘sure’. Just weird.Dathan and Andreas were super helpful and polite, despite the rush. They really saved the experience.And incase anyone from potbelly reads this: the Bothell location undercooks the heck out of their bacon. I’ve eaten at potbellies around the country, and this is the only one that considers stringy, chewy, pink bacon as ‘done’.
