I ordered food and it was not complete. No way to correct the order poor assistant.

Order veggie burger and they gave beef. Server comes up with a comment I heard you got a suprise. Worst restaurant ever.

This revised for two weeks in a row. We visited last Sunday and again this Sunday, 10/20/24. In both visits our waitress was Olivia. She did a great job of taking our orders, filling our drinks and being attentive to our needs like getting more napkins. In all cases she was very detailed in reading our orders back to us to very correctness. That was really nice. Our orders were always correct. We feel she is putting her heart into her job. We hope she gets as many hours as she wants and she is happy with her job.

We came in on a Sunday evening expecting it to be busy, and it was but Chris and his team did such an incredible job serving us! My group of 10 were all very well taken care of, drinks were being refilled, fries were coming out hot and fresh and our food tasted delicious. Jude was our server and he was great! Very attentive staff.

Dietary restrictions: Incredible breakdown of their allergens on the website!! Even better design and interface since the last time I was in. Thank for you taking care of us with allergies!

Jalapeño heatwave burger was amazing, and the bottomless fries and root beer float is the best deal in the economy today.

had trouble splitting check on their table POS system. UI didn't allow us to click back once it hit the add tip button.

In person service was great though.

My family has been going to the Bothell Thrashers Corner location since its opening. Only once was I asked if I wanted more fries, and they never came. Most annoying is that they advertise all these bottomless options when I can’t get napkins or silverware. Maybe it’s this location. I won’t be returning.

Worst red Robin location I've ever been too in my life out of 10+ locations .. it's like they try to mess everything up..

First time ordering from this location forget my add on sauces even though I attached a reminder note and didn't give me the campfire sauce that comes with the meal.... that's the whole reason I get red robin for the campfire... not just that but they didn't do the drinks I ordered as well ..

Worst service experience that I have ever received! No eye contact, no greeting, slow to take our order. The staff at this location appeared to either not like their jobs or just didn't like people. We sat in the bar for over 15 minutes without any service whatsoever and then once we did get a server she seemed very unhappy. No refills on sodas or fries until we flagged down a runner. We would have still been there if we didn't have the machine in the table to lay our bill. We did have the manager on duty for the day come over to ask how things were, we told her, not so good. We will not go back to this location! Our servers tip was reflected I our tip of 5%

Olivia is an amazing server. I feel empowered and represented by Olivia. Food came out on time and she was cheerful. Olivia is a keeper and needed at this restaurant.

On a family trip, hotel stay is great.

Worst part of the trip was red robin, ordered food picked it up took it back to the hotel food was horrible, no flavor , looked as if it had been under a heat lamp for 3 hours cheese was rubberized , absolutely the worst food I have ever had , stay away from this place when on vacation.

Follow up the next day , thank you for the food poisoning, have not eaten since
7pm last night.
