Ordered a burger with steamed broccoli. The broccoli was unwashed with dirt and possibly bugs, with 1 or 2 old brown gooey pieces mixed in. I lost my appetite and threw the food away unfortunately. (This was a split doordash order)

They've gotten my order wrong a few times but are pretty quick at correcting it. We went during a shift change but still had good service.

We placed a pickup order 35 minutes ahead of time but order was not ready for another 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
Then they gave us the wrong order. I paid extra for sweet potato fries and they only gave regular fries. I ordered drinks and no drinks were included. They also didn't include our dipping sauces. They also had a lot of people waiting to be seated while from the lobby I could see at least 10 open tables that were clean and empty. Horrible!

Was honestly shocked by the poor quality of food compared to the other locations Ive gone to. I would definitely recommend to go to one of the other nearby locations. Foods sloppily thrown together and burnt or old. If you're already getting overpriced chain restaurant burgers go somewhere else

⭐ 1 Star – Worst Red Robin experience we’ve ever had
This was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Red Robin, and I’ve eaten at this chain many times over the years.
After we were seated, our waitress eventually came over. As we always do, our first request was simply for some fries while we looked over the menu. Her response was:
“Okay, but we are way behind on fries just so you know. That table over there just got theirs after waiting like 10 minutes.”
Not exactly a welcoming start.
We placed our order, and when the food finally arrived for the four of us, three out of the four burgers were wrong. Two were at least edible, but the fourth was completely unacceptable: it was ordered plain and came out with multiple toppings and was missing an entire patty.
I asked for it to be fixed. The waitress seemed irritated and said, “I put the order in right. Our kitchen can’t get anything right.” Not reassuring.
About 20 minutes later, after the rest of my family had already finished eating, she brought out the exact same burger—clearly not remade. The toppings had just been picked off. You could still see shredded lettuce, and the cheese was completely melted and congealed from sitting so long.
I pointed this out, and she insisted, “No, I know they remade it.” They absolutely did not.
When I said it was the same burger, her response was, “Okay sir, what do you want me to do?”
I don’t work there. And how hard is it to make a plain burger?
She then said she could remake it, but it would take at least another 20 minutes. At that point, I told her to just take it off the bill—I wasn’t eating.
I asked if we could at least get more fries for the table. Her response:
“We’re still really backed up on fries. There are like 10 orders ahead of you. It’ll probably be about 20 minutes too.”
This was all happening while the restaurant was less than half full.
We paid for the three meals, skipped the fourth entirely, and left. No effort to fix the situation. Just excuses.
I’ve had plenty of good experiences at Red Robin over the years, which makes this one even more disappointing. This location was disorganized, dismissive, and completely unacceptable.
We won’t be back.

We’ve been visiting Red Robin for years and really enjoy the classic American vibe. The burgers are consistently delicious, and the salads are a refreshing, healthy option—even if the French onion soup is gone. The one downside is the service; waiting 30 minutes for a burger feels far too long.

The food here was decent, but the overall experience was disappointing. The restaurant seemed very short-staffed on a Sunday night, and the service really suffered because of it. We spent about 90 minutes in the restaurant, and during that time we barely saw our server. She was almost never available, so we had no chance to ask for refills or check on our food.
We also ordered a kid’s sundae for my daughter, and although the server took the order, she disappeared again. Another 20–30 minutes went by and we still couldn’t find her or get any update.
Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. The food alone isn’t enough for us to return — we’ll probably never come to this location again.

We arrived at 7pm tonight, waited for 15 minutes to be seated when half of the restaurant was empty. After we placed our order, we waited another 45 minutes for our food to come. This was solely due to poor staffing as I can see our burgers sitting out there without anyone attending to our food. Our food was decent, but they came out lukewarm. We order a kids sundae and that took another 20 minutes to come after we finished our main dishes. Our server only checked on us once during the entire dining experience, and that was unacceptable. We had such a nice experience at another Red Robin location. Since this location is closer to us, we’d like to give it a try. But given the experience we had today, we will stick with the Lynnwood / Woodinville location in the future.

It took over 45 minutes for mw to even talk to a waiter. I ordered a rootbeer float that came 20 minutes after that. And then my order wasn't put in at all. So I got to watch my family eat while I waited for my food. Then my food came out cold. And the check was incorrect and it took 20 minutes to get a manager to fix it.

Took a while for the server to come to the table. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and entrees. Everything came out at the same time, including the drinks. When we asked for utensils and napkins, the server sighed and walked off before getting them. They gave me the wrong burger and no one checked on us, so I could not ask for the correct one. When I pointed it out, the waiter argued that it was the right burger. I showed the menu to confirm that the burger I ordered did not have blue cheese. They never came by for refills and we also needed a to go box.
