Ever since they changed their menu and redesigned the store, I couldn't say that they are one of my favorite stores anymore. All the drinks I bought were not as good as before. Today I ordered 3 drinks, waited for approximately 25 minutes, and I had to ask them if they had made my order yet. Their system seemed down, so I was understanding. I let them know what I ordered and reminded them about one of the custom drinks. I paid an extra $1.25 for creama, and I had already told them about that. In the end, there was no creama at all. Almost $8 for a drink, not worth it. *Note: came back, they made me a perfect drink this time!!

I ordered a classic pearl milk tea with green tea—because I have high blood pressure and a caffeine sensitivity. Black tea is a health risk for me. They gave me black tea instead.
When I calmly explained the mistake, the staff tried to gaslight me about the drink’s color—which I never even mentioned. I was talking about taste. Then the owner came out and yelled at me, said my “taste buds are weird,” refused to fix the order, and threatened to call the police because they were “closed.”
She offered a refund, then refused to honor it. I stayed polite the entire time. I flagged a health-related error, and was met with arrogance, denial, and aggression.
This wasn’t just bad service—it was hostile and dangerous. If you have dietary restrictions, medical concerns, or expect basic human decency, stay far away.

super fun decorated enviornment, nice seating and really clean too. the staff were super friendly and they played great music. boba was the perfect soft, but chewy texture! got two drinks and a side of lumpia which was super delicious!! will definitely come back if i'm ever in the area

I’ve been enjoying the tea options here for a while but I am inspired to post this review right now specifically because of the character of the staff that I got to witness today: There was an older person who had fallen outside of the store, and multiple employees on shift were among the people who rushed to help. The employees provided lots of first aid material (including a very helpful gauze wrap for a very bloody wound) and provided helping hands to clean up and aid the person. They brought water for cleaning, and later provided ice in a bag. They did all of this urgently and without much prompting - just a real class display of community right there. During a fairly busy hour of customers, these employees saw what was important and stepped up to care for someone in need. And then they jumped right back into their job, managing what I can only imagine was a backlog of orders. Keep up the hard work. Major shoutout to those on shift this Sunday afternoon.
The boba here was so chewy and flavorful! You could really taste the brown sugar! The staff was so kind and engaged with their customers. Will definitely be coming back soon!

This was the worst boba I’ve ever had. Got the matcha with boba and oat milk, and it was so watery and bitter. Didn’t even taste like matcha; just bitter. Customer service was poor too. Didn’t greet me when I came in, and nobody was smiling. If you hate your job, don’t take it out on me.

Very standard Sharetea, but the inside of the store is very clean and spacious. They also serve food which was surprising but yummy. Staff was well-trained and polite.

Excitedly found this while walking around exploring the strip mall area anchored by QFC. Boba tea close to main street! (ok it could be closer)
Reliably good boba drinks and friendly staff. Parking plenty, tables and chair indoors and out for patrons wanting to sit down. Has a self service ordering station.
Ordered half sweet, half ice Hokkaido milk tea and it was very good. Kiddo had the half sweet, half ice matcha milk tea and he gave it a thumbs up.
Will come back and try their chicken dishes with the boba (cause it looked intriguing).
Great for families, kids and teenagers especially but good for all ages who love boba drinks.

This Sharetea location lacks consistency and is lower quality than other locations in nearby places like Redmond and Lynnwood. It doesn’t even feel like the same chain.
I think the biggest differentiator is the lack of ice in the drinks, as order reviewers have noted. All of the drinks come out lukewarm. Additionally, their cups are of lower quality than other locations.
