Food was okay. Portions were smaller than other places. Customer service was bad.

Very bad food . Had chicken shawarma. Very dry . Pita was hard . Not sure how this place has so much of recommendation . There are lot of other Mediterranean food in the area which tastes better

Many top-rated restaurants on Google can end up being a disappointment — but not Shwarma Time.
Their tagline is “Savor every bite,” and that’s exactly how I felt. The food was incredibly flavorful. Every bite of the chicken, paired with their sauces, was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. He made a smiley faced hummus for my daughter and wished all of us Valentine’s Day :)
To top it all off, they offer complimentary tea — and it was just as flavorful as the food. The rating truly feels well deserved.
The only area for improvement would be restroom cleanliness. The toilet bowl had visible stains. Otherwise, the place was cozy and comfortable.
Overall, we loved it and would definitely come back.

I’m a bit confused by the high rating here. We ordered the shawarma wraps, but the process was disappointing. We weren't asked which toppings or sauces we wanted, they just put onions inside and called it a day. They gave us a white sauce on the side, but the wrap itself was quite dry and the flavor just wasn't there. Not the best experience.

I had a chicken shawarma plate dine in a while ago and it was good. Today we had a couple wraps and they were not good at all.
Where every bite feels like a flavor adventure! 🔥🍗🥗 Where Chicken Tikka Kebabs meet Middle Eastern magic! 🍗🔥 Grilled to perfection, served with yellow rice, hummus, and pita.

This is a gem of a restaurant! Though it may not look like it from it from the outside, sometimes you just need to come in and try it out yourselves. The food and the dish the food is served in is unique and amazing. They give good amount of serving for the money and the food is delicious! The servers are polite and are often welcoming! Overall, this is great place and will probably be returning often!

Expensive - tiny shawarma. Workers will laughing and joking the whole time. I used google translate to see what the fun was about. Laughing about how they are ripping me off $15 for a tiny shawarma. I paid $60 for 4….this place is a joke.

Extremely frustrating. They are not prepared to deliver during winter, the food arrived cold. I thought that for the price, the wrap size would be similar to a burrito, but it was only about the size of a banana. On top of that, the flavor wasn’t good at all, it tasted bitter. Also, it looked nothing like the photos. We also ordered a pistachio baklava and it was hard and greasy.
The best in town!

I was really excited to try Shawarma Time, especially after seeing all the great reviews, but I ended up pretty underwhelmed. The portions were surprisingly small, even though the chicken itself was flavorful. The wrap came without the usual shawarma essentials — no pickles, no onions, no tomatoes, no turnips — and the sauce on the side was barely enough for a couple of bites.
I also ordered the baba ganoush, which tasted fine, but it came with only one piece of pita bread. For the price, I expected a more complete and satisfying serving.
Overall, the food had potential, but the portions and missing basics made the experience disappointing.
