Food was good, not as much sauce as I would have liked on my Shawarma, but tasty meat and veggies. Will return, but was definitely put off when the guy making my wrap stopped what he was doing, used his phone and typed a long message with his blue gloves on, then went back to making my wrap without changing gloves and handling all the raw salad ingredients. I ate it as I was starving but, definitely lessened my experience, one potential customer walked in saw this too and walked back out. I will be back and I want this place to succeed, but please think about hygiene.

Taste of food was good, however would've been better if the food was served hot or atleast warm. The rice and meat were at room temp. Tried the chicken, beef and falafel plate. Place was small but maintained clean.

So happy to have a shawerma time here in Bothell. My husband and I were constant customers at their Seattle location, and now that they are here we go there weekly.Food is top notch for the whole Seattle area. If you haven’t tried their hummus and baba thank, please do so now.. it’s amazing and very similar to what we get at the street food in Palestine. Also the shawerma is hands down the most authentic and most tasty in the whole Washington state with its spice blend and the veggie toppings and shatta. And to top it all off, the staff is so very friendly and the service is great.Only thing is I wish the falafel was more fluffy similar to back home.In short, I highly recommend this place and I am so happy they are here in Bothell. I will be telling all my friends about it.
Shawarma Time is a gem for Mediterranean cuisine enthusiasts! Not only does their shawarma reign supreme, boasting juicy, flavorful meats, but the portion sizes are also incredibly generous. Every dish we ordered was delicious, from the savory kebabs to the crispy falafel and creamy hummus. And let's not forget the french fries with feta cheese, a definite crowd-pleaser! The staff is warm and welcoming, ensuring that every visit is enjoyable. For authentic Mediterranean flavors and satisfying portions, Shawarma Time is a must-visit spot!

My family and I stopped in after church this afternoon and had a great lunch. I've spent a few years in the Middle East and have been looking for the best local shawarma for a while. We were all very happy with the food and the service and are looking forward to returning soon.

With friends we got chicken shawarma , it was really delicious and we r really appreciate for service and really clean place ?
I have never had as good a chicken shawerma anywhere in the U.S as I had at Shawerma time. The chicken was clearly fresh, it was well marinated, spiced, and the garlic paste is just right. Their service was fantastic, and I love the atmosphere. They even threw in some baklova for free for the kids. I absolutely recommend this place to ANYONE who is hungry, especially for shawerma! A++

Sadly, a big disappointment. Ordered online for pick up. First, they charge a $1.50 "Convenience Fee." No clue what that's about since I ordered it and picked it up myself. Secondly, arrived at designated pick up time and they hadn't even started our order. Waited 50 minutes for a 20 minute order. Finally, the falafel wrap was totally tasteless with a tiny amount of ground up falafel - not the typical ball shape. The grilled pita was nice, but overall, it was very bland.

Food - though the food tastes good , I don't like the fact that they slice the meat and then put it on a hot plate for cooking (see in picture) . I mean the whole concept of a shawarma is lost !Service - is slow considering there's only 1 person . I had to wait 15 for my order to get ready.Atmosphere- place is new and is well lit and kept clean.

Delicious food and plenty of options on their menu, including several vegetarian meals. Service was great, plating was beyond expectation, and the in-dining experience was comfortable.
