We were really looking forward trying this place but we were a party of 6 and weren’t able to sit even though they had space enough room to set a table for 6. The hostess didn’t even go to ask her boss/manager to make an exception , she just said “no we can’t”.

Part of a service in a restaurant is to try or make an effort or ask if they can do “something “ for the customer and if we see that you did your best we will absolutely understand and appreciate your effort to keep customers. I would even consider to return in the future, just because you did your best to keep us as a customer.

Communication is the clue for success.

I really hope I don’t get a reply from the restaurant. I just hope you guys can have some training about how to deal with communication between staff and customers but especially if you are the hostess. You are the first face the customer sees and the first impression depends on you. You represent the name of the restaurant.

The place was almost empty…and the tables were not attached to the floor.

Good Burger, good beer.

First time at Stack. Nice place to go and have a drink or beer. Friendly atmosphere, nice selection of Whiskey and samples.
The appetizers are good but the burgers were sadly lagging in taste and quantity. Considering the price, it should be better since Burger is the name. Overall a good experience and recommend.

Nice little restaurant, can get a little loud at times. But the food is delicious! Got the Poutine burger, the miso donute shake (with the shot of rum), and the Nashville chicken wings.

Parking: Parking can be very difficult because of its location and depending on the time of day. If you go on the weekend, there is the city hall parking garage you can use for free.

Kid-friendliness: Has an area separated from the bar that families could sit in.

I was looking forward to the truffle mushroom burger but was taken off the menu! So I just had a burger with just mushroom, which they deep fry 🫣 with tomato & lettuce. Was not impressed with the fried mushroom, too crunchy! I also ordered the truffle fries, but I'm not sure why they call them truffle fries when all they were were fries with sprinkled garlic!!! Being a whiskey bar, you would think the bar staff would have some training 🤔 i ordered a Jim beam with a splash of coke, but I am always disappointed 😞 what I get! As the coke was a splash & from a gun, you get more water than coke as you have to run the gun a little before the mix is coke!! Any trained person would be aware of this! There is no reason to visit again 😕

We had amazing service from the bartender. Thr food was all decent, only a few errors in the execution. Wrong sauses small portions. But happy hour was good. We will be going back for the service.

Always enjoy eating here! Food is fantastic, service is wonderful, and restaurant is pretty and clean. Another great addition to Bothell downtown.

The burgers were fine. Not as good as they should be at the price point.

We came in on a hot Saturday afternoon to cool air-conditioning and our choice of seats. Starting with drinks, my Negroni was perfection and the IPA on tap was fresh and hoppy. We started with the Buffalo Calamari- unique, fresh, bright, just FANTASTIC. We ate TWO orders without batting an eyelash.
My daughter got the BLT, our party also got a PBJ burger, Gyro burger and Dip. Everything was outstanding. Our server was fun and peppy and extremely attentive. This is a great little spot! We were impressed beyond words! This isn't a burger spot, it's an experience.
