Despite being overwhelmed by an unexpected surge of customers during the storm, with limited supplies and power outages, the staff handled everything with incredible grace. The space was packed, food was running low, and orders were piling up, yet they remained unfailingly polite, smiling, and doing their absolute best to serve everyone. Amid the chaos, they still managed to make me an excellent cappuccino. KUDOS to the team for going above and beyond in such challenging conditions—your service was truly outstanding, and I’m glad I came here for my first cup of coffee!!!

Rough Starbucks connected to QFC grocery store - not up to par with other Starbucks stores, but convenient when at QFC or adjacent stores. This store is chronically understaffed, runs short on food, and does not have the nice ambiance of other Starbucks, except for the nice fireplace alcove, but this is often crowded. A better choice is the Starbucks directly west across Bothell-Everett Highway - much nicer, newer store.
