Despite being overwhelmed by an unexpected surge of customers during the storm, with limited supplies and power outages, the staff handled everything with incredible grace. Rough Starbucks connected to QFC grocery store - not up to par with other Starbucks stores, but convenient when at QFC or adjacent stores. This store is chronically understaffed, runs short on food, and does not have the nice ambiance of other Starbucks, except for the nice fireplace alcove, but this is often crowded. A better choice is the Starbucks directly west across Bothell-Everett Highway - much nicer, newer store.

Jolie was the sweetest barista I’ve seen here! Her customer service was exceptional and she was so kind. Her barista skills are great. My family and I was enjoyed interacting with her a lot and the coffee was delicious ?
