The lady that walked in almost hit my kid with the door as she cut our family off to walk in and said we were in her way. The cashier saw the altercation and had a tone with only me and It instantly made me feel like it was because I'm a woman of color and they both were white. I asked for sprinkles for my kids drinks and whipped cream, did t receive any toppings I asked for. I'm super uncomfortable here.

My husband and I forgot to buy coffee beans and stopped by this Starbucks to pick some up because they're open at 6am. We were warmly greeted by the whole staff upon entering. They made bean recommendations. We were told about the single orgin Guatemala Casi Cielo, AND they even offered to brew us a small cup to try it. They even had another drink made by mistake and offered it to us. I don't go to Starbucks anymore because yall are expensive. But in a day and age where GOOD customer service, truly ENJOYABLE human interactions are seriously lacking these days. These wonderful humans working at this Starbucks totally made my morning. If I do find myself with a desire to splurge on a latte, I will come back to this location.

Appreciate staff treating my kids like humans; the Staff were kind & friendly. Other locations have been less accepting. Food & drinks good.
Dietary restrictions: Wish the were gluten free options again. Have egg & dairy & gluten allergies in our family. Hard to find a snack which gives the fast food option more often than preferred when on the road
