Starbucks delivery truck blocked my car and the driver was extremely rude

Today my car was parked at the entrance when a Starbucks delivery truck blocked me in while unloading. I was completely unable to back out.

I tried to politely communicate with the driver, but instead of helping, he unreasonably told me I “have to wait all day long” for him to finish. He refused to move the truck even slightly to allow me to leave.

I was forced to slowly back out inch by inch on my own, which was extremely stressful and unsafe. While I was doing this, the driver sarcastically claimed he was “helping me reverse,” which is absurd — if he wanted to help, he should have moved his own truck instead of blocking me.

This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Blocking someone’s vehicle and refusing to cooperate is unacceptable, and mocking someone afterward is completely inappropriate.

I will be posting photos with the agreement from this delivery contractor. Starbucks should seriously look into the conduct of their delivery contractors, because this kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the brand.

Visited on December 30, 2025, around 5:00 PM.

I ordered a chai latte, and it tasted like plain hot milk—there was absolutely no chai flavor. I asked them to remake it, and the second one was no different, still just milk with no spice or chai taste at all.

I don’t usually complain, but paying for a chai latte and getting warm milk twice is really disappointing. This was a complete waste of money and time, and not the quality I expect from Starbucks.

I visited this Starbucks location on a whim the other day, as I was driving down from Canada to visit my partner and needed a quick snack. I decided to go inside so I could use the restroom, and I was helped by who I assume was the manager of the store (but I’m not entirely sure). He seemed very impatient and was quite short with me when I went up to order as I didn’t initially know what to get. Not a big deal, I get needing to move quickly. But after my order came out, I noticed they had missed one of my items. I pointed it out after a couple of minutes and was met with more curt responses from the same worker, who tried to convince me that I hadn’t ordered that and that he would never forget an item or mess up an order. There was another employee who did help me out, and she was very nice (I think her name was Alex). Anyway, I don’t usually like to speculate, but the vibe of the employees seemed tense around the other employee (manager?). All that to say, I will probably not be stopping by this location again due to this. Atmosphere is nice, not too loud, food was okay.

Usually the service is good and what stood out from other Starbucks locations.

However the boy with glasses and brown hair at the drive through was very dismissive and rushed even though I was the only one at drive through and I ordered one simple drink. He looked like me coming in the drive through was an inconvenience to him and didn’t say anything when I said thank you, just handed me my drink. I have worked in the customer service industry as well. It’s not hard to say thank you or you’re welcome

I’ve been coming here enough to realize that if you don’t tip, your service is worse. I’d rather just make coffee at home at this point

I come here from time to time for a little life admin time. I bring my laptop, grab a coffee and get to work. The staff is always very friendly, greeting me as I walk in and leave. They let me know about their policy on refills when I choose to work in the cafe, which I never knew about. Will happily keep coming back!

This is the most inconsistent Starbucks location I've ever been to. I get an iced latte really.. pretty basic, you'd think. It's shocking how often this drink is awful. Sometimes I am unable to drink it at all. Yet, sometimes it's great. Make sure you taste it before leaving the store!!

Roe did a fantastic job serving us, very polite and sweet and literally the goat. Bathrooms were clean and didn’t require access code! However, on the door it said “customer use only” and as I was washing my hands I saw “employees must wash hands before returning to work” which indicates that employees are customers, which is misleading. Excellent selection of cups, beautiful spacious area, well kept. The food safety inspection was excellent, highest rating you can get. Overall great visit! Outdoor seating was delightful, very comfortable chairs, love the dance music💅🏻

SOMEONE NEED TO GET FIRED. This is my matcha (even added an extra scope) can’t even taste the matcha, just pure syrup. We ordered another drink too and it was just pure sugar with no other flavor.

my matcha latte was NOT blended well, there were matcha chunks in the drink making it bitter…who ever made that, you had one job and this is not even the first time.

Barista refused to give me water unless I was a paying customer. I told him I had a mobile order but he still refused to give me a water. My child was with me who needed it to regulate. Starbucks should be able to offer water to ALL customers.
