One of the baristas was new and she made such amazing drinks for us! The salted caramel Frappuccino was so good!

We stopped by this Starbucks on a Saturday morning, and it wasn’t busy at all—which was a nice surprise! We’re visiting and staying at a nearby hotel, and I was craving something more than hotel coffee.
We used the drive-thru, and everything was smooth and easy. I ordered a London Fog latte and an Impossible breakfast sandwich, while my husband had the bacon Gouda sandwich. Everything tasted just as expected from Starbucks—consistent and satisfying.
Our brief interactions with the employees were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. A quick, convenient stop that hit the spot!

I visited this location before work and placed a mobile order. On my end, it clearly showed that I selected the drive-through option. I ordered two drinks and one food item.
When I pulled up to the drive-through, I was greeted politely, which I appreciated, and I let them know I had a mobile order. I was told to pull up to the window, where I received my food item. Then, I was instructed to pull forward to the arrow in front to wait for my drinks.
I ended up waiting there for about 15–20 minutes, watching at least 8–10 cars get served and drive away from the window in that time. I tried to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt, but eventually I decided to go inside.
When I walked in, I found my two drinks already sitting on the counter—clearly prepared some time earlier. I picked them up and walked out, and it seemed that no one even noticed I was there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing.
This was extremely frustrating to deal with so early in the morning, especially when there was no accountability for leaving a customer waiting unnecessarily. On top of that, my car was left parked at the arrow in a way that caused confusion for other drivers. Per there instructions!

Rubbish. Screwed up a 2 item order. Accused me of not ordering an item but I see I was charged for it. Good at charging for items hopeless for delivering items. Perhaps my expectations are too high.

A worker called me weird behind my back for asking if I could eat oysters on the premises (which I could and did), but I'm not removing the 1 star rating until she hands me a handwritten apology (nevermind, I don't want to make anyone get fired)

The taste is too bitter and burned for my liking and same prices as mercury coffee. So why get that low quality coffee if you can get organic from mercury’s at the same price

Just tired of the first thing I’m asked every time as a customer is “can we get any food for you?”. The answer is always no, I just want my coffee. It comes across as incredibly desperate for sales and completely impersonal. I thought Starbucks is supposed to be moving back to hospitality, not away from it. Seems you want to squeeze every dime out of me when I just want a coffee, would it hurt to say hello and pretend you care before you try to upsell me?
Bad service.
Abysmal service. There is a young blonde cashier working today, she seems to love to loudly speak on divisive politics. I tried to sit there with my coffee and I could hear 3 staff members talking about several customers. Keep the hive mind stuff at home and social media. I don’t want to hear about politics while eating or drinking my coffee.

If you wear captain America crocs from the marvel movie The baristas working here won’t serve you! Tell you to leave and god speed at that for supporting Trump? What???. Barista should be fired for not being able to serve all kind of people. I have autistic issues and this Unacceptable!
All workers here are very kind. In particular, Lorenzo is the best.
Starbucks is always good!
Normally, I am a big fan of Starbucks. They provide consistent drinks regardless of where I happen to be.
Every store has their hours, and I respect that whenever they are posted. But I was turned away today 10 minutes before closing because they started cleaning the store. I understand the urge to get home at a reasonable time. I also understand that it is a hassle to re-clean something.
But if you are not going to be serving customers after a certain time, please update your hours accordingly. Making a trip out to your store excited that I would be there in time and then getting turned away is a real bummer.
If your store hours had said that you guys are going to be closed at 7:45 I would not have made the trip.
The Starbucks clerk was very kind. I accidentally spilled a drink and helped me clean it up. He also gave me a cup of the same coffee.
