Im not a big coffee drinker! But occasionally ill head on to this location! I enjoy almost all of the staff and they are always on top of things. However there is one barista that cant stand me? Im not sure, every time i enter there is one specific barista, they are very hostile to me. I greeted them at the drive thru box and they aggressively said “thanks for your patience” im not sure if thats annoying to do, but i do apologize if it is, but it just made me feel uncomfortable, they called me friend at the drive thru window but i could tell i had upset them, and then they left the window open and complained to their co worker about me and i heard, their co worker was obviously uncomfortable and told them to calm down! They have a mask on almost all the time and a long ponytail. Once again i do LOVE this location but i might just start going inside so i can avoid said barista.

meh...it's Starbucks... cold stark tiled floor, totally lacking charisma, warmth, living room third place environment. I miss the old Starbucks environment that made them what they were today. Now they are nothing but a hollow shell of what they used to be. 😭

Picked up a frappuccino from here yesterday that was watery and disgusting. Ordered the regular caramel but still got a bunch of the crunchy stuff anyways. Not impressed.

All 3 coffees were made wrong. It was like they didn’t read the orders at all.

This is what I got when I order a no ice venti matcha with lavender cold foam: 1/4 cup of matcha, 1/2 cup of cold foam, and 1/4 cup of air. Service was very slow even at slow hours.

Starbucks claims they want to be your neighborhood coffee shop. But they blast the music so loud you can’t hear somebody right next to you. It’s impossible to have a normal conversation! It’s like being in a bar. I’ve asked to have the music level lowered. But the employees say corporate requires them to keep it a certain volume and they can’t change it. This store seems louder than others. But maybe because it is smaller. The coffee and food is standard. No different from any other store. Go south down the Bothell Everett Hwy a mile to Woods Coffee. They have better food, good coffee, at good music at an appropriate volume. My guess is Starbucks pump up the volume to drive people in and out fast for more profit, keep the bathrooms clean. However, the service here is always excellent!

This is a review for the Canyon Park free standing store.

In the drive thru this morning the young lady and I dropped my 5 bucks change on the ground. I could not get my door open enough to grab it. I was told by Lisa the morning shift manager that it was against policy to come out and pick money up due to safety concerns. My car was safely parked, but instructed me to pull up while cars behind me pulled in and get it myself.l with no regard to my safety. I told her I am a person with a disability and can't walk, but she persisted telling me she wouldn't get it. I had to pull a Karen, and refused to move until I got my 5 bucks. She eventually came and got the 5 for me and let me know just how unhappy she was. I'm old and remember when Starbucks sold fresh coffee beans and the time I took a 100$ bill into Starbucks and they couldn't make change, so they just gave me the coffee free. Been a loyal customer ever since.
Oh well, better to support small coffee shops anyway.

*Update*
I was contacted immediately by email and referred to a helpful customer service agent who assured me that store management would address the interaction I had with Lisa this morning. Also, while I was on the website I noticed that as of October, Starbucks was highly commuted to DEI and that makes us all happy to be Starbucks customers. Changing my star rating from 1 to 4.0 although the agent on the phone deserves 100/10 stars.

Today, 11/16/24. This place is really not well run. There’s always a long line for no good reason, even with more than eight employees working. I placed a mobile order today, but then I was told it wasn’t ready and had to circle back to wait in the super long drive-thru line again. Eventually, I just went inside, and guess what? My order was just sitting there at the mobile pickup. The management really needs some training because, as a long-time customer, I can confidently say this location is the worst.

This place is run very poorly in comparison to all the other Starbucks. Everyone that works here has one job and doesn’t help the others. Why on earth does the person taking my order not pour my drip coffee like EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS? I am watching the cashier after taking my order wash the counter, restock, chit chat and yet the solo barista has to make a simple plain coffee? Stay in your car at this one folks, you get better service.
