You better go to another location if you don’t want a bad experience I live 2 minutes away from this location but I prefer to drive 10 minutes instead dealing with this guys

Today, 11/16/24. This place is really not well run. There’s always a long line for no good reason, even with more than eight employees working. I placed a mobile order today, but then I was told it wasn’t ready and had to circle back to wait in the super long drive-thru line again. Eventually, I just went inside, and guess what? My order was just sitting there at the mobile pickup. The management really needs some training because, as a long-time customer, I can confidently say this location is the worst.

This place is run very poorly in comparison to all the other Starbucks. Everyone that works here has one job and doesn’t help the others. Why on earth does the person taking my order not pour my drip coffee like EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS? I am watching the cashier after taking my order wash the counter, restock, chit chat and yet the solo barista has to make a simple plain coffee? Stay in your car at this one folks, you get better service.

I was served the hardest bagel- like someone screwed up and put it back toasted- then served it to me “warming it up”. It was like a hockey puck. I’ve been going to Starbucks for over 25yrs religiously, and this has NEVER happened. I turned around and took it back, the two gals behind the counter were obviously gossiping about something and rudely said “is it the bagel” strange they should know, mumbled something about oven “being off this morning “. Made me another one without apologizing or offering me even a free drink. What a terrible experience.

Extremely rude, dismissive and disrespectful staff. Spend your money elsewhere. There are so many other locations in the area that you can go to. Avoid at all costs.
Consistently the worst. The coffees are consistently wrong with missing syrups or sugar, foam is dense and shots are burnt. The staff is RUDE and condescending when asked to remake a drink. I’ve given up on asking to have them remake it and will avoid this place whenever possible.

Been there now several times, asked the music to be turned down in the morning because you can literally not hold a conversation, the response was our manager wants the music so loud and we cannot turn it down.

So walk in to order few drinks. I am watching every single mobile drink order get a lid put on, every single drive up drink order get a lid put on but my 3 drinks I ordered walking in do not get a lid because it’s a Washington state law?!?! LOL.

I went here this morning to order a Lavender Latte. These pictures were taken AFTER I mixed the drink too. I went to go get a different drink, and the lady on the intercom seemed to have an attitude. As she told me “our barista on bar is really good!” Basically telling us they made the drink right and we were wrong. It would’ve been fine if you weren’t trying to gaslight the customers.

I like this place because it is clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly. However, the seats at the four-person table are occupied by employees. Employees can take breaks from time to time, but it doesn't seem good to sit there all day leaving their belongings at the only four-person table.
I specifically wanted to take the time to post this and I hope management and everyone else higher up here sees this. I believe her name was Geneva.I came through the drive-thru to order and she was very kind through the speaker and when I got to the drive-thru window she was there with a smiling face asking me how my day was.She turned around to check on my drinks and I saw her help out her co-workers with grabbing something and then I could see her answering Another question for a different co-worker.She handed me my first drink and was then tagged out at the window where someone else handed me my second drink.I've worked retail in customer service a long time and this is the type of person that needs to be valued and not in like hey. Check out this review kind of way followed by a pat on the back. She needs to be given opportunities to grow into a leadership role.
