This place is run very poorly in comparison to all the other Starbucks. Everyone that works here has one job and doesn’t help the others. Why on earth does the person taking my order not pour my drip coffee like EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS? I am watching the cashier after taking my order wash the counter, restock, chit chat and yet the solo barista has to make a simple plain coffee? Stay in your car at this one folks, you get better service.
Canyon Park Starbucks on Bothell-Everett Highway - smaller store with nice inside and outside seating, friendly staff, and drive-thru. They always get your order right at this location.

In the drive thru this morning the young lady and I dropped my 5 bucks change on the ground. I could not get my door open enough to grab it. I was told by Lisa the morning shift manager that it was against policy to come out and pick money up due to safety concerns.
