This place is run very poorly in comparison to all the other Starbucks. Everyone that works here has one job and doesn’t help the others. Why on earth does the person taking my order not pour my drip coffee like EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS? I am watching the cashier after taking my order wash the counter, restock, chit chat and yet the solo barista has to make a simple plain coffee? Stay in your car at this one folks, you get better service.
I like this place because it is clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly. However, the seats at the four-person table are occupied by employees. Employees can take breaks from time to time, but it doesn't seem good to sit there all day leaving their belongings at the only four-person table.
I specifically wanted to take the time to post this and I hope management and everyone else higher up here sees this. I believe her name was Geneva.I came through the drive-thru to order and she was very kind through the speaker and when I got to the drive-thru window she was there with a smiling face asking me how my day was.She turned around to check on my drinks and I saw her help out her co-workers with grabbing something and then I could see her answering Another question...
