Im not a big coffee drinker! But occasionally ill head on to this location! I enjoy almost all of the staff and they are always on top of things. However there is one barista that cant stand me? Im not sure, every time i enter there is one specific barista, they are very hostile to me. meh...it's Starbucks... cold stark tiled floor, totally lacking charisma, warmth, living room third place environment. I miss the old Starbucks environment that made them what they were today. Now they are nothing but a hollow shell of what they used to be. 😭

In the drive thru this morning the young lady and I dropped my 5 bucks change on the ground. I could not get my door open enough to grab it. I was told by Lisa the morning shift manager that it was against policy to come out and pick money up due to safety concerns. My car was safely parked, but instructed me to pull up while cars behind me pulled in and get it myself.l with no regard to my safety. I...
