The staff is very cold. There is no warmth or welcoming gesture they provide to customers. Their face is so serious, that makes you doubt if you are doing something wrong. Though they make decent drinks, that is why I am still giving 3 stars.

Reliable in flavor and the company's downgraded lobby experience of a noisy echoee tiles floor, hard noisy chairs that slide across the floor (like nails on a chalkboard) that makes a fast food style experience except with $8 and $10 drinks. First time in this location and it will be the last. I ordered drip coffee and when it appeared as though the cashier wasn't going to reach behind him and pour it, I shared that I changed to drinking drip because it's fastest and it is usually poured by the cashier, he told me that was not his station. I waited over 10 mins for a $4 cup of drip coffee.
