As a regular customer at this Starbucks location, I was extremely disappointed with the experience I had at the drive-through on May 2nd at around 10 am. When I arrived at the window, I was met with an unusually cold and unwelcoming attitude.
I had over 100 Stars in my account and intended to redeem them for a brewed hot coffee. However, the staff member insisted that I had no balance because there was no money on the card. I explained that Stars are earned through past purchases and should be usable regardless of the card balance, but she disagreed. To move forward, I added $10 to my app in hopes of using the Stars, but instead, she charged my card and did not apply the Stars.
Throughout this interaction, her tone was unfriendly and dismissive. I felt as though I was being treated like a freeloader, which was both hurtful and unwarranted. When I asked to speak with a manager, I calmly inquired whether this was how they typically speak to customers. To my shock, the manager replied, “Sometimes we do.”
This level of service and attitude was deeply disappointing, especially from a place I’ve frequented often. I was so upset that I returned the red holiday Starbucks cup I had previously purchased from the same store and have decided not to return. This experience left me feeling disrespected and extremely let down.

I went through the drive-thru and they gave me an extra sweet cold brew, so disgusting. I walked in with Kendall, the most unprofessional attendant I've ever seen. She didn't apologize and just gave me a new coffee. Did I really pay $6 for this rudeness? Not to mention the tip.

Honestly the least friendly Starbucks I've ever been to. Everyone seems to hate their lives there. Far cry from the Starbucks I used to frequent everyday 15 years ago. Used to walk in and everyone would know my name and my drink. This place has no cozy seating. I don't even get asked my name for my cup. And to top it all off the first prompt on the card reader is for a tip. No thanks, I won't tip you for doing the bare minimum at your job.

The staff is very cold. There is no warmth or welcoming gesture they provide to customers. Their face is so serious, that makes you doubt if you are doing something wrong. Though they make decent drinks, that is why I am still giving 3 stars.

I go here almost every morning. I think they know me by now. The service is great and my coffee is always delicious. Hats off to all the hard working baristas here. You definitely deserve a raise. I would recommend this shop for sure.

Reliable in flavor and the company's downgraded lobby experience of a noisy echoee tiles floor, hard noisy chairs that slide across the floor (like nails on a chalkboard) that makes a fast food style experience except with $8 and $10 drinks. Worth it? Oh god NO!! But convenient nonetheless. ?
