Order white mocha with whole milk and Carmel drizzle at bottom of cup w/ whip. Had to have the drink re made taste bitter of burnt coffee. Tried to just put more pumps of white mocha on top of the whip. Remade drink and its worse! Still bitter and overly sweet. Very disappointed being that the drink is almost 8 dollars and I cant drink it

The only thing more bitter than the coffee is the barista. The guy working there has absolutely no business working in a customer facing role. Can’t wait till he’s replaced with a robot that doesn’t look like he wants to go on a rampage when you ask for what you ordered instead of whatever the voices in his head told him to make.

Very bad customer service! This is my 3rd time stopping at this Starbucks thinking I would give them 2 more chances but nope, service is as bad as the previous 2 visits! The lady is very unprofessional!

i love this new drive-thru starbucks! service is amazing, the inside is nice and has many seating options! as of december 20th (the time i am writing this review) you need proof if vaccination to drink INSIDE this starbucks. if you are just driving through the drive-thru no vaccine needed! :)
