WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!! DONT GO HERE, this Starbucks just sucks don't go there and especially dont order a mobile pick up. We mobile ordered from school so that we would have time to pick it up, we got there and mine and my friend's drink were literately half full?????? We did ask for no ice but we have been saying no ice for a while and no problem even at that store. We went up to ask the employees and they said since we weren't here to tell them we wanted more drink we dont get anymore??? Make that make sense.... Dont go here. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Barista Katie's rude attitude made our visit unpleasant. The coffee was also disappointing. Even great coffee can't make up for poor service, and in this case, neither was impressive. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Jaxon was so rude . Someone took my drink by mistake and told them and they didnt care kept making other drinks didn’t even respond if it could be remade. I was waiting for 15 mins and couldn’t even get my drink. I paid $7 and left with nothing. I would love a refund but couldn’t even get jaxon attention.

I had a terrible experience yesterday . The employee, not sure if that was a he or she(with that multi-colored hair), displayed a lack of energy and failed to greet me, instead staring at me with a very straight face. I had to ask if she was okay. I sarcastically joked if they greet over here and she said I was on my phone even when I clearly looking at her and greeted. Very unprofessional.

Next time I’m gonna go again and she is anything changed.

Extremely rude .... I ordered beverage without ice and they gave me 1/4th glass of drink saying that it's their policy that if no ice then u get less drink. I understand that u can reduce the quantity but I am not paying for quarter of a glass. When I asked her about it , she offered to add water in my drink means 1/4th drink +3/4 th water.... now I am not paying 6$ for that... another part of drink, we ordered not to add whipped cream in it with different milk but she messed up that too...no respect for customer or even the order details. I will never visit that store again... such bad service...

SUPER rude. Jaxon needs to be retrained or not be in customer service. We actually moved out of state and we were back for graduation. Stopped by this Starbucks hoping to be helped by Annabelle, because she was always great. Instead, we got Jaxon. I went to the counter, ordered one drink, no hello, no how are you, no thank you for stopping by, just zero friendliness. Tapped my card but didn’t hit enter for the debit card number. Jaxon walked back over and super rudely said “um you need to push enter” oops. My bad. She finishes making the drink, pops it on the counter and doesn’t say one single word to me about it being my drink, or that my order was ready. No goodbye or anything. We already pay for overpriced beverages, but to do so and be treated like crap makes it even worse. I’ve never been treated so badly by a Starbucks employee before. But it seems this is the norm with Jaxon based on other reviews.

I came on Sunday May 12th and i couldn’t read their name properly but i think it was Jaxon. They were absolutely the rudest ever. Didn’t even greet me or anything, didn’t have any energy and were super, super rude. They made my drink wrong and forgot the whipped cream. I told them that they made it wrong and they gave me the worst attitude ever. Absolutely unacceptable.

Don’t know who was working but I went in today(Saturday evening 4/27). She had no energy, didn’t greet me just looked at me with a very straight face. I had to ask her if it was okay for me to order. The drink I ordered was not made right. It’s the new spicy drink and I’ve had it a few times and it taste like she poured a whole bag of whatever the spicy ingredient is. The drink is very overwhelming.

Starbucks was so tired of accepting ebt that they changed the System so now you can no longer buY Starbucks at Fred Meyers with EBT. Why wouldn't Starbucks be grateful that they are getting money? Consistency--- Sounds like discrimination to me in- boycott Starbucks- and fred meyer
