I didn’t read the reviews before coming to this location but I see others have had similar experiences. It just happened to be a convenient Subway location to go to yesterday, but I will not be returning to this one.

I ordered two sandwiches on the app, both were messily made and both were not toasted like we ordered. On my sandwich, I ordered extra chicken (+$4) and wheat bread. I received a total of about 6 small pieces of chicken and the bread was incorrect.

I went through customer service to submit my experience and all they said was that they told the team. No apology or refund for the extra chicken scam that I paid for.

I ordered on the app and they canceled even though it was on the operating hour and there was nothing specified on the app. It was the second bad experience with this place. Not going back there!

Employee that just work the afternoon shift didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer and continue working on online orders and not helping me. Very unprofessional and he needs to get more training and be aware of customers when they come in

Usually Subway is extremely consistent. Avoid this location. Service and food were both bad and took forever. I ordered 2 sandwiches, one on the app with points and the other in person. Not sure how but Italian Boss sandwich ended up being extremely dry and burnt. Basically ended up throwing most of it away. They don’t have oregano. The other sandwich was for a family member and it was good. Worker didn’t understand simple instructions and I had to repeat things multiple times, one of which he ended up not doing, but they enjoyed the sandwich anyway.

The official close hours posted everywhere are 10pm. I made an online order at 7pm for 3 sandwiches, when I arrived 30 minutes later the guy at the counter said he canceled my order and wouldn't make it as he was closing at 8pm and didn't want to make it and wouldn't. He had already disassembled the line and shut down the register. When asked for a managers number or the owners number as the subway is a franchise, the number went to a kids phone who said he definitely did not own a subway. Gave a fake number and will not return, dont recommend.

Came in at 9:49 on a Sunday and they weren't even open. I can see a a guy in there but he won't look at me. (They open at 9am)

Placed an order online and they were closed when I got there, 4 hours before they were supposed to be.

Placed an online order at 7 pm something and went to pick it up to see that the store is locked and closed for the day, but store hours says they close at 10pm?? No note on door nothing. Just closed. Will I get a refund?

My husband and I were at this Subway on a Saturday afternoon. The bread on our sandwiches was OLD and dry, and the crust was flaking off! They tasted horrible. The person making the sandwiches didn't get either of our orders correct. We're not going back.
