I ordered pickup from UberEats and and picked up my order. When I came home and looked at my sandwich, my veggie patty sandwich had no patty! The main ingredient was missing and they didn’t even tell me about it when I was picking it up. The guy was preparing it in front of me when I was there for at least 2-3 minutes and did not say a word about not having patty. I would have taken it for an honest mistake, but the guy looked at the order receipt before handing it to me, took a pause as if to say something and then intentionally decided to say nothing. I can go back to a restaurant with bad food to give them another chance but not to one which is dishonest. Avoid at all costs. Btw, UberEats won’t even refund me because it was a pickup order.

Worst subway I have ever experienced. I thought maybe I was being a bit judgy and maybe an new employee was working the first time I went so gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time. Nope, still absolutely crazy bad. They are skimming on the meat, they make a sandwich that looks like a bomb went off and terrible bread it’s like they have their own ingredients or something! Subway is usually fairly consistent, this is an exception.

The food was amazing! I got veggie patty sandwich, pretzel, and footlong cookie. The pretzel and the footlong cookie were nice and warm. The employee also gave me a free cookie, which made my day. The employees were really sweet and alway had a beautiful smile. I would definitely go again!!Vegetarian options: There are many options of vegetarian options such as veggie patty and veggie delite.Kid-friendliness: The employees were patiently waiting for the kids to order their own sandwich. They also were interacting with them with a genuine smile. Which made me so happy.
No tomato, no lettuce... Also I ordered a foot long cookie and paid for it. Then once I paid they said they don't have it and gave me another cookie. I paid 5 dollars for the foot long cookie just to get the other small one that's worth 2$. Bad service and employees don't wear a uniform or hair mask. Wouldn't recommend.

This is the worst location. They simply do NOT answer the phone. I had an issue with the app changing my location and randomly ordering from this location? I called dozens of times and was never able to speak to a person to get a refund. Zero accountability.... Too LAZY to answer the phone. Avoid this place at all costs.
