Some of the servers are douches. One guy had me pay before he made my sandwich. And he was giving me this smirky look, I wanted to smack. I'm pretty sure he also charged me $14 for a sandwich that is supposed to be $10-$6. Anyways it messed up my stomach the next day.

Subway at Thrashers Corner is disgusting.I ordered 2 footlong blt subs- bacon was NOT cooked, raw fat, and both of the sandwiches through and through we're covered in black hair.I immediately called the restaurant back and they refused to give me a refund. They also hung up on me. They will not refund my money, so I disputed charges with my credit card company.Do not eat there. It is disgusting. You are eating hair and they do not keep it clean. This place should be shut down for health reasons, not to mention rude people that run it.

Another decent Subway in Bothell. Service is great. Get your food real quick. Spacious store with a good number of seating capacity. While I was paying for my order, the staff stopped me from adding a tip to the credit card; he told me that they never get that tip money. That's terrible. Luckily I had change to tip him. But not sharing the tip with the staff is not fair! Please keep that in mind if you visit here!

Usually they don't accept coupons. That's okay. But at one time when they accepted, I ordered from here. There were barely any vegetables in my veggie delight sandwich which anyway doesn't come with patty. It was like eating plain bread and some sauce. Never going to order from here.

Went in with an order for my work team. Each gave me a sandwich "name" from the online menu. The girls working did not know what was included on the named sandwiches. It was crazy?!?! I bailed, they were not helpful and just stared at me. I think this is a independently owned shop. Owners have to know this place sucks. Way to be proud of what you do!

Thought it was odd that if you have a subway coupon they have their own set of rules/options on how it can be used. I have run into this with other franchised Subways - Makes me Leary of using Subway coupons because half the time they are Not honored because of independent owner restrictions. I chose subway because I had the coupon, not smart for business when you have free marketing.
