Fillings were nominal. Not worth the money. Better to avoid this store.
This was an absolute waste of money. This location usually is pretty conservative with the fillings, but our sandwiches tonight 11/04/25 5:35 pm, were extra dissapointing. Barely any meat didn't even cover the whole sandwich, my bread was so toasted i couldnt eat half of it because it was hard as a rock. Barely any sauce when i asked for extra, and each topping maybe had two pieces. Not worth $15. If it was one sandwich i get it, but all three in our order were like this. It was so gross and will not be coming back to this location. If the owners cared about customer retention, they would address this issue that is pretty uniform across all reviews.

The steak they used for the Steak Philly wrap is nothing like the type displayed on their menu photo. The pale looking steak in my wrap is not only barely cooked but is extremely plain and tasteless, not to mention horrible texture. Clearly not the same type of steak being promoted on the menus. Never buying anything with steak from subway again. Would’ve given 1 star but I still like the footlong subs I usually buy hence the extra stars.
Very thin and not filling sandwiches. Not tasty. The meat is not cooked all the way through. Horrible. Don't buy sandwiches here under any circumstances!

Place is clean but the gentleman making the sandwich was barely put any meat, was slamming the sandwiches around and just being rude and aggressive. Regret no going to the one on 164th and bothell Everett hwy. If I could give zero stars I would.

So frustrated right now. My husband got us lunch here today and all I wanted was a regular Philly cheese. What I got was the Philly meant with Colby cheese. That's it. Not the correct cheese, no sauce. It's completely dry. Nothing else that's supposed to be on it. And then I spent 20 minutes trying to call them to have it fixed. Nothing. The one time they picked up they immediately hung up. I didn't even get to say hello. Now I've got a sandwich here that isn't what I ordered that cost $15 and no way to see if they'd even fix it. I even had to order double meat just to have the normal meat portion on it.

This is what $20 bucks gets you from here. Nothing at all. This is a complete joke, subway is failing to give anything of value based on this sad looking sandwich. Don’t even bother with going to this or any store.

9:00am on a Friday and This Subway is still closed. Hours show opening at 9:00am but doors are locked, lights off and no employees. What a joke.

Never order here thru online, SCAM. I ordered twice here both times, and both times, i get less meat. I've paid 16 dollars for beast, and i get a sandwich with less meat. This subway is totally scam. DON'T ORDER HERE ONLINE.

Spent 30 minutes in the waiting area after the app said our food was “ready”. Worker pointed to 5-10 receipts that he still has to go through. Hire more people to help with this workload…or don’t say food is “ready” when it is not. Be respectful of people’s time.
Food is good, and with the price when you hop on one of the deals. In-person service is good, but don't bother calling in because they don't answer their phone... Ever. The atmosphere is typical Subway which is 90's cafeteria so don't expect comfort. Still, a great place for straightforward carry-out!
The food was definitely not worth the $43 dollars my husband and I spent to dine in one day this past week. They didn't tell us that we could have gotten a drink a sandwich and bag of chips for $7 something each instead let us go ahead and pay $20 something each for a sandwich and soda. Disappointed in the prices for a product not worth the price. If it had tasted better I wouldn't mind the price so much. We didn't know about the deal on the pkg meal until too late. Seems like they could have mentioned it beforehand I don't know
I called in to ask about hiring and age they start hiring at and was immediately hung up on. This isn’t professional, respectful or acceptable. If this is how they treat people on the phone I can see why the rating is 2.8 at this location..
Their bread was not fresh. I would never go back to this location.
