Went in with a coupon for the 3 for 19.99 and they guy working looked at me weird, there is also a cover for the meat items, which makes it so I can't see how much meat is being put on the sandwich, that's very frustrating as I like to see what is being put on my sandwich, I then ask for my second sandwich to be the steak and cheese item and he gives me a rotisserie chicken sandwich and I had only noticed once I got home, and during the whole process it seemed he only understood like half of what I was telling him (he was the only one working there) I was tempted to just walk out but i didn't want to be rude, and the amount of veggies he put was very small. After I had eaten 2 of the sandwiches, my stomach had become very upset and I was in the bathroom for hours.. definitely won't be going back.

Fairly clean and a good sandwich. While it felt extremely overpriced, the service was great.

Also, they not have a large screen blocking them making me sandwich - not a fan.

Every single time I have ordered from this location, the sandwiches have been slim and lacking any substantial filling though not completely unreasonable, not unlike other locations. But this last time, the sandwich was unbelievably bare, essentially being only bread with a thin line of vegetables and minuscule strips of bacon for a BLT. If I ever order from this location again, I will be checking the sandwiches before I leave.

I walked in with the intention of getting a gift card for a coworker. I waited 10 minutes while the lone employee made 2 sandwiches, then asked if I could load a balance on a gift card. He said he was new there, after walking to the back of the store for a minute, and that he didn't know how to do it and sent me out of the store. This is why I usually go to Jersey Mikes, the staff are friendly, sandwiches are better and much fuller for about the same price, if not cheaper. Very disappointed in not only the service, but the attitude I received from the employee. I bonded with a fellow customer in the store about how terrible it all was and left. Not returning anytime soon, quality and service has gone downhill tremendously over the last 5 years. 1 star...

Just ordered 3 sandwiches. Young man behind the counter was SOOOO lazy, no customer service skills, my sandwich’s were flat, hardly any filling/vegetables. He acted bothered that he had to work and help customers!

Okay so I ordered online about an hour ago to get something to grub on during Thursday night football. Walked inside, there was a line and one employee, but he immediately asked if I was online and it was ready, so I'm giving 5 stars for service. But good God man, my sandwich was flat as a pancake! It was the most morose sad little sandwich I've ever seen. I would, and should've payed like 4 dollars for this measley pathetic footlong I got. I got a Philly, so it was 12.99 menu price. Plus tax and tip, I'm spending a smidgen under 20 dollars. Thats one fifth of 100 dollars. 20 dollars for a sandwich that would be 5 dollars at a high school cafeteria. My GOD man! Subway officially sucks, I'm never going to subway again what a slap in the face rip off.

Lady working there was not very good at making sandwiches. For context, the store wasn’t busy. The lady was stingy with how much roast beef went on the sandwich (put two pieces); same thing can be said about the veggies that were put on. The only thing she was a little generous with was the mustard, even though my wife asked for a little bit of it.

Would be super if you guys would hire more than one poor person to handle dinner and lunch rush. 8 people in line and waiting for over 30 minutes, because this poor human is running themselves ragged trying to keep up with the demands of a bunch of people at once. Service from this individual was phenomenal regardless. You should appreciate your employees a little more.

I ordered a footlong Baja Steak & Jack melt. Delivery time was right on. However my sandwich was cold. There was just slices of cheese not melted. I called our local Subway after 15 calls I finally got thru to an Indian guy I think. His name was BK and could hardly speak English. He couldn’t even give me the manager’s name. Will be calling tomorrow to get a refund.Just ridiculous!!!!! Learn English!!!
