The food came out very quickly. The robot that brought out our water was amusing. The user I terface for the tablet we ordered our food on could be better. It doesn't give you a confirmation that your order was sent in and received.
My overall review comes down to the quality of the sushi served. The sashimi I ordered was not good quality at all. It was very chewy and had an unpleasant texture compared to high quality sashimi. Very disappointed considering the cost. It also wasn't cut in a very good way. The way it was cut made it look like they don't have a properly trained sushi chef.
I like the convenience they offer but there are too many better sushi restaurants around so I probably won't be going back.

The food is fairly average, with some hit and miss. The spicy tuna roll, seared salmon roll, and other complex rolls were good. However, the more simple rolls were not. I would avoid the agedashi tofu (skin is too soft), house roll (tastes like bread), and crunchy cali roll (so sweet it was like I was eating candy).
They have a high-tech setup where you order on a touch screen. Then, automatic shuttles and robots that carry your food to you. However, that causes them to have only 2 servers for the entire restaurant of 20ish tables. They're so busy clearing tables that they barely have time to greet guests at the door and it takes a long time to flag one down if you have an issue.

One of the worst quality you can ever imagine. Chicken in the chicken katsu was horrible in quality. For sushi rolls, the amount of fish is negligible. Miso soup was salty and subpar.
Wow…no wonder it was empty on a Friday evening when all the other sushi places have a 30 min wait.

For the good- my kids love the delivery system and the water robot. Food is tasty and fresh, with a good amount of vegetarian options. For the bad - Service leaves much to be desired. You have to flag down staff if you want anything, they don't check in or come by regularly to pick up dishes. For the ugly - we had a group of 4 adults and 3 kids (2 of them toddlers)- and we managed to fit in one table. They told us after the fact that they were adding an automatic gratuity to our bill due to our group size. It does not state this on the menu. So beware.

Love Sushi Hana! From the order on demand food with delivery by a little train and the waters being delivered by a robot it's super fun for family meals. The food is also delicious and there are plenty of non raw options.
