This is the first place near Bothell where I’ve found sushi that is both generous in portion and outstanding in quality. Here the sushi itself is genuinely substantial. The salmon bowl, in particular, comes with an impressive amount of fish. It’s rare to find this level of quality in the US. Absolutely amazing!

Everything was very thoughtfully done. It’s well thought-out and everything was done with clear intention. Not hap-hazard. The food was very fresh and delicious.
I really enjoyed their one-of-a-kind washington roll.
A great place for dairy-free or gluten-free food.
They use a cute and fancy train to deliver your food and a robot delivers water and sauce.

Great food and a cozy, spacious spot! We went on a quiet Thursday afternoon, so service was quick. Lots of sushi options, and the Spicy Ramen Tempura Bowl with its flavorful broth is a must-try (next time we might get the veggies on the side). Vegetarian sushi options are solid, and there's plenty for meat and seafood lovers too.
