Wow!!!! The black truffle goat cheese foccacia was amazing !! It was savory, yet sweet and tangy at the same time. The gal behind the counter was friendly and professional among the customers that were lining up. I definitely recommend this place and their Iced Vietnamese Coffee too!

This is the absolute best bakery I’ve ever been to in my life. Anyone who rated this lower than 5 stars, doesn’t know what they’re talking about. I moved out of state, so unfortunately not longer able to enjoy, and can’t stop thinking about how amazing this place is. My only complaint is that the line tends to take a while, despite everything they do to speed things along. I do appreciate their efforts though by getting drink orders early, having additional people, etc. It would also be amazing if the store was larger with seating.

T55 is definitely one of my fav bakeries spot! I can't remember how many times I came here, just remembering every time I grab delicious food here! Honestly, I can't tell if every bakery is my type but I can feel they served different style/taste bakeries to match different needs. SO YOU'LL FIND YOUR FAV HERE for sure! Haha and staffs here are so nice! Highly recommend this good place
BTW! Today I'm impressed by their focaccia. Surprised by being asked if I wanted more crispy, soft, or something in between. I chose soft, which was so soft with savory flavor (love it!). Will try other textures next time!

The absolute best and the kindest people. The online ordering for next day pick-up has been an excellent way to curb the line. I typically go a few hours after opening to avoid a line and they usually have plenty left. I can't suggest a specific item because everything is amazing. Can't wait to try their restaurant!

When this place first opened, I was genuinely impressed by the quality, artistry, and originality of the pastries. The fusion of French baking techniques with subtle Eastern flavors created a unique experience unlike anything else. Despite the limited hours and lack of consideration for customer space, I was still willing to return for the exceptional bread.
However, for reasons unclear, the establishment seems to be shifting into a French dinner restaurant, and unfortunately, the pastries have become rather ordinary. Under these circumstances, the disregard for customers—once forgivable due to the outstanding quality—is no longer something I can overlook.
I visited again last Wednesday (July 9, 2025) after some time, and unfortunately, I noticed a chemical taste—similar to cleaning agents—on the bottom of two different types of bread. I understand that accidents can happen, and something may have been spilled by mistake. However, when I tried to call to report this issue, I couldn't find any way to contact the store by phone.
I am willing to give another try and to adjust the harsh rating if I see improvements in the future.
Insane. So delicious.

They do fancy pastries. It makes a good gift and unique for clients. But when we go the line is very long. Sometimes the cashiers mix up the order because the line is very long. But they are young so it is okau

This is a beautiful spot with friendly staff, delicious + high quality pastries, and hands down the best matcha you can buy in a coffee shop (seriously try their matcha). They also have high quality oat milk that makes my wife happy for her option as well. Anything you choose will be far above what you normally can find, and I love the rotating flavors and seasonal options. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby.

The bakery that made croissants and other delicious flaky pastries no longer exists, sadly. This is now an average cake and tea shop.
I miss it so much after I left Seattle🥲

Really great pastries!! Definitely the best in the area! The truffle goat cheese foccaccia is the goat! And if you love yuzu, get their yuzu coffee drink.

I was in the area, noticed the line, and decided to give it a try to see what the buzz was about. It turned out to be pretty good!
We tried a variety of pastries, and most of them were really enjoyable. It’s a small spot, so we grabbed a seat outside. The quality was solid, and I definitely plan to stop by again next time I’m in the area.
That said, while the pastries were good, they’re not something I’d go out of my way for if that was the only reason for the trip.
