Out of this world pastries. You need to Come here early to line up(30 min before open ) You can not go wrong with anything but def get the egg cream viet coffee while you wait. Would need go back and buy again.

Poorly run business, says they open at 10am but when we got there, they had us wait outside in windy cold weather with young kids and told us they don’t actually open until 10:15. This is terrible customer service, especially to customers who arrive at the time the business is said to open. They told us to order online if we didn’t want to wait but of course their online ordering system also wasn’t open and it was already past 10:15 when I checked.
Your pastries are not great enough to open at whatever time you want and make your customers wait until you feel like opening.

I was really excited to try this place after seeing them on instagram. I waited an hour in a line that was not that long. The selection of pastries was pretty limited and included no croissants. What I did get was overpriced and not worth the wait in line.

Amazing! Whatever you get will be worth it! I love the refreshers since it’s caffeine free. The taste is always authentic to the fruit it highlights. I got the guava this time and it was so good. I missed the online order and went after 1pm so I was expecting the last of the desserts. Well, the tiramisu was perfectly creamy and had a nice crunch on top. The coffee layer before was decadent.

Came here on a Thursday morning and went in almost an hour after they opened and it wasn’t busy. Got the Pandan matcha latte, the truffle and goat cheese foccacia, and a basque cheesecake. The latte was very tasty with oat milk and the foccacia was so good with a savory profile from the goat cheese and sweet notes from a honey tasting drizzle. Basque cheesecake is good but as someone who doesn’t eat too much, it would have been nice to share. Staff are friendly and I’d be excited to come back in April to try their new tasting menu inside instead of having an takeout only option

Always friendly staff, and of course all their baked goods are amazing! Coffee is really good too. I love how all of the employees looked like they were enjoying their jobs. One of the baristas was dancing to the music.
Just a heads up, they don't have any seating, and only 6 customers are able to come in at a time. Pick up your baked goods and head out!

They need to be better with their online ordering system. Placed an online order ahead of time to save my time, but had to wait outside for a good while. I'm relatively patient, but this experience honestly sucked. What's the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait the same amount? I couldn't understand it, it's not that hard to prepare things that got ordered before hand.

Been fans since they first opened. ANY negative review here cites the wait. That makes no sense. Clearly it’s popular for a reason. Don’t knock a small business for something they have literally no control over. Do your research and order online if the wait bothers you. But give it five stars for the food because there is nothing at this level of deliciousness and creativity within all of Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland, Shoreline, Edmonds, Mill Creek, or Redmond. Arguably within Bellevue or even Seattle. The waffles that Storyville in Pike Place used to sell were close… kind of. Seriously incredible. Can’t wait for the restaurant.
