Easily the worst Taco Bell, the basics are always off, like customer service and any care for the food prep, most of the time the stuff made is messy and ingredients fall out of the wrapped item. Odds of them getting your order correct is less than 50%, unfortunately!

My order was messed up, and when I asked if I could fet dessert with no cinnamon (due to allergies) I was told no... cinnamon and sugar are put on after the items are fried all they have to do is omit 1 step. I have been ordering cinnamon free items for at least 5 years now and in 3 different states. This was the only time I was told flat out "no." When I asked why the employee went to the back and never came back. I got my order and yet there was cinnamon on the dessert and I asked for a refund, this was a different employee, said "ok no problem," and proceeded with a refund.

Employees stood around for 15+ minutes talking instead of making orders, and never came to check out in the lobby. Took over 20 minutes to get three burritos. Absolutely shameful service and I hope for the owners sake they don’t keep those employees around—they just don’t care.

If you're looking for a Taco Bell, this one is a good one. If you're looking for cuisine you shouldn't be looking at anything with a drive thru, but when your priorities are fast, cheap and tasty Taco Bell ranks up there with the rest. Enjoy!
For the record, my preference is the taco truck about a mile north of this spot at 196th SE

Came here at 5:55 PM drive thru, did not even place my order until 630pm, didn’t even make it to the drive-through window till 640pm. Place is either extremely understaffed or completely incapable of keeping up with demand in a timely manner. Personally, don’t think a drive-through at a fast food restaurant should take this amount if time.

Damn there are a lot of bad reviews on here. I ordered a cantina bowl for delivery, it was delicious and the packaging was well sealed. Didn't go in obviously but great experience from my perspective. I will... change review if I have a bad experience at some point? That's reasonable.
I had asked for mild sauce and didn't get any when I was getting my change the guy didn't tell me that I had to wait for the manager to get him change and it took 15mins and when I got my food it was cold

Best taco bell seating area I've ever seen. The food is great, and the service is fast. I would personally recommend going in and ordering because sometimes the drive-through can get backed up. Great place for groups.

Food is always busy mb! The staff at this location are on their game. We drive out of our way to go to this location because the order is always correct, food is fresh and employees chill.
I know it's just fast food so i cant have that high of expectations. But ya'll be charging A LOT for cold nacho fries, soggy tacos, and limp, runny burritos. The people who work here are pleasant but I've been disappointed with the last 2 times I've come through this location and as a long time tacobell fan, this place is not putting out food to the standard of the brand.
