Food is good but the costumer service is poor. Barely any acknowledgement that someone’s taking my order at the drive thru and the cashier pulling out their phone while taking my card makes me very uncomfortable and not trust coming back here.

This location cuts corners and skimps out on ingredients a lot to save on food costs. We often complain and get food replaced (especially at night) because we know what we're supposed to be getting. Hard to find good help, but the employee apathy at this location is unnerving.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I literally waited 5 minutes in front of a counter full of employees and not one of them asked if I needed help for over 5 minutes. I had to force the conversation of someone acknowledging me. The employees were holding personal conversations with each other, but not one was worried about customer service.
Me and my fiance love coming to this Taco Bell, not only because it’s super close to where we live in, but also bc the food quality and customer service experience is always 5+ stars! This is the best Taco Bell around. To share a story - lastnight me and my fiance went to get dinner there. We had a $40 order, and one of the items I ordered was a 12 pack of the Cinnabon bites (which are amazing). But, it was unusual for this location because they weren’t in the bag when we sat down to eat at home and by the time we realized it was too late. However, I called this Taco Bell and talked to a young man who was working the drive through window last night around 7:15-7:30 pm - and I told him that the Cinnabon bites were missing and asked if I could have a refund (of just what was missing). Maybe that sounds petty but everything is expensive and every dollar counts. The young man was extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. He refunded our entire order (which I did not ask for, but we are so thankful for). Me and my fiance both are thoroughly impressed with this young man’s work ethic, and customer service skills. He definitely should be promoted. We will be lifetime customers of this Taco Bell. Thank you for your great service!

For a quick and delicious taco fix for my busy appetite, Taco Bell is the go-to choice! It's easy, and offers affordable food. While they have a variety of meals, keep in mind it's fast food, so it's not the epitome of perfect healthy eating. Also, be prepared for a bit of noise; there's only one staff cashier for the front and drive-thru, but I don’t know why there are three employees in the kitchen and can’t help him or I should not care. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to order, but hey, I'm not rushing too much. But remember take care the customers when they are noisy.
