Go through the drive-through when you can- the machines you have to order from are often broken/malfunctioning, so getting anything inside is usually very frustrating.

Extremely over priced. I'm gonna need a payment plan for this crunch wrap soon! I won't ever come back with your current prices. A crunch wrap should not cost over 7 dollars.

They where out of nacho cheese that takes 1/2 the menu away and everything I was ordering had nacho cheese and the delivery truck had dropped there order off I told them I would wait for them to warm some up but they said no I ended up with 2 Mexican pizzas and 2 chicken casadias that coast me $35.00 and was freezing cold and the cheese wasn't even melted my original order was only going to be $12.00 of the value menu instead I paid $35.00 for something that was so nasty we couldn't even eat it and the cashier was really rude and got upset with me when I was trying to ask about my order because I interrupted his conversation with an other employee I guess the game they were talking about was more important then there paying customers so yes I was very upset with them

The food is as good as any Taco Bell, but the price is over 20% higher than the Taco Bell 1.5 miles south (23201 Bothell Everett Hwy). Supreme Luxe Box is $8.49 vs. $6.99 at the other Taco Bell.
I never have a bad experience with quality or speed at this location, however, every single time I have ordered chipotle sauce, I have been given jalapeno sauce instead and the chipotle sauce is my absolute favorite food in the world so it makes me sad every time. I come during my lunch break so I don't have a lot of time to make sure it's correct and fix the mistake. I don't know if it's a labelling issue or an issue of being out of the sauce but I would love to not have this issue anymore
Idk why people have such a hard time with this place. I come here almost weekly and the quality is always great. On the rare occasion they miss an item I just let them know and they get it ASAP. Just check your order before you leave and you're good.

I rarely write reviews, but this specific Taco Bell constantly forgets food… It’s to the point where I have to always look through my order before we pull off. With how expensive Taco Bell is now, you can’t be forgetting to put a $6 chalupa in for the 3rd time in a row. It’s truly not hard to make sure all the food gets into a bag.

Every time I go through their drive-thru they mess up on my order. I ordered extra chicken for my burrito and I rarely get it. I just asked for extra beans on my nachos and got extra cheese instead. As a driver I buy and go and coming back to face them is a waste of my time. I think I just ate my last Taco Bell

I am very disappointed with this particular Taco Bell. Its every time now i order my food and its wrong.
I order my food there without lettuce or tomato. I am allergic to the tomato.
One just one of the tacos from my doscovery box was the way i ordered it. And eveything else was incorrect. It had loads of tomatoes on the chicken burrito and lettuce on my other taco.
Its very frustrating to not get my food made correctly. How difficult is it to read the damn screen and make food correctly for your customers!
This is a huge disappointment since i spent the last of my money b4 my next payday, in a week to get food for me and my girl and its not made correct yet again.
This has started being a problem in the last few months and is a great disappointment.

I use the kios to check in and order through my phone. I order it and it turns out the kios check in didn't use the location and send my order somewhere else. I explained to the manager and she said it wasn't her fault and wouldn't help me out. so now I need to contact customer service to get a refund.
