Foods taste pretty good. The Turkish eggs dish was not as good as we’d like, and Mr West at U village has better ones. Atmosphere was nice.

Biscuits and gravy were amazing. Buttery golden biscuit and a peppery sausage gravy you would be proud to serve your southern grandmother.

Went here because it made yelp's top 100 list. Ordered the short rib expecting a really tender piece of meat. Overwhelmed and pleasantly surprised by the quantity! 3 large chunks of beef - more than the amount of potatoes. Usually it's the other way around! But I was disappointed by the quality. I've had more tender, buttery, fall apart with a fork short rib at cheaper places.
Also got the lava cake... extremely tiny portion and was almost flat.

Had quiche (portion really tiny), with fresh fruits that came in a small cobbler - blueberries, blackberries and cantaloupe. The blackberries and cantaloupe didn’t seem that fresh. Shortly after, I ended up having diarrhea. When I told the manager about it, rather than showing empathy and goodwill, she pointed finger at me, that I must have eaten something before to cause me the diarrhea because, according to her it would take a human least 3 hours to have reaction after eating spoiled food. I told her all I had was coffee before coming to brunch, and she said that could have been it. She insisted the fruits were fresh - those cantaloupe were clearly thawed from frozen, the color and taste were so obviously different than the freshly cut ones.

She could have easily said, “I am sorry this happened. Let me give you your $18 back.”Instead, she decided to turn into healthcare professional and told me how my stomach should feel & react to spoiled food.

Will not go back again. Overrated, overpriced foods, underwhelming customer service.

I absolutely love this place. It is one of my go-to spots in Bothell for consistent quality and service. The food and drinks are excellent. I have been there at every hour of the day and highly recommend all of their menus.

Update 12/7/2024:
Sat inside and thoroughly enjoyed the cozy ambiance and attentive service. Food was excellent as usual.

Enjoyed a Sunday brunch with friends on a very rainy day. We were seated outside in a tent area that is very well decorated and each table has an overhead heat lamp.
Wait staff was very friendly but service was a little spotty, not sure if it was because they were busy or because we were outside.
They have a "5 oz" basically a cappuccino which was one of the best I've had living here for over 20 years.
I ordered the Cottage Fry Up, which is kind of their greatest hits on a plate. Crispy bacon, delicious sausage patty that didn't taste like Morning Star, super crispy hash brown made with shoe string potatoes - why didn't more people think of that, and perfectly cooked eggs. I highly recommend!
My friends had Eggs Benedict, which was my original choice, and it looked amazing.
I saw many other tempting dishes served up at tables near me. Will definitely come back again!

One of my favorite brunch places. The food is always spectacular and the service is some of the best! Definitely try the sausage if you eat meat. It's my absolute favorite!

Lovely setting on a very cold morning. We sat outside with warmer lamps and it was perfect! They’ll bring you a blanket if you ask. Delicious Cappuccino - a small is normal sized, medium is HUGE! We tried a few dishes - all were tasty! Avocado toast, Mushroom toast, and Eggs Benedict made to perfection!

The ambiance was pleasant, but the overall experience fell short. I’ve tried coming on weekends before, but it’s always packed, and getting a table is a challenge—likely due to the limited brunch options in Bothell. As a result, I often ended up going elsewhere. This time, I finally had the chance to visit with my family.

The shrimp and grits were disappointing—the shrimp were small and lacked flavor. The French toast felt unbalanced. There were only a few scattered berries, which were far from enough to offset the croissant’s greasiness. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the expectation, especially considering the long lines.

If you’re looking for a better brunch experience in the area, I’d recommend Crystal Creek Cafe instead.

0 stars.

We walked in and waited for 30 mins only to get a table that's outside near the road when it's raining and 40F.

When we requested for a table inside, we were told it'll take another 30 mins. I could def see empty tables and I know you can potentially argue that it's reserved.

Put yourself in your customers shoes, would you want to sit out on a rainy day near the road and eat? You can rather say no tables.

Also we were not asked if we'd prefer a table inside or outside. Thanks for keeping us hungry for an hour. Will never ever visit back.

Edit post reply from the owner:
Definitely want to support local businesses. But we were not asked for a table preference - inside or outside when we initially gave our name. That would have easily resolved this. Also, I dont think you should put your business hurdles on the customer. We are just there to have a nice experience and food. You always reserve the right to refuse, I'd rather get refused explicitly much sooner [Hey, we don't think we can accomodate you] than wait for 30 mins to hear I have to wait for 30 mins more. I wish the best!
