Bartenders are amazing. Shannon is the best, they always take care of us. Food is absolutely delicious, as long as Oscar is cooking. The other chefs just don't measure up. I do check who's cooking before I order.

The crab feed is a joke, only served boiling hot. Crab is best served chilled. I was told that the crab comes frozen and then they boil it. Crab was so hot when I finally got my first order, crab was small and overcooked. I asked for an another order of crab, thinking maybe it would be better. Waited over 20 minutes and never got it, when I brought it up to the manager, I was verbally attacked, saying I had only been waiting 10 minutes. Total attitude. I have been to many bars and restaurants and this one is the worst. The service by the so called manager was awful. I saw tables in other sections and they were getting crab pretty fast, I was told that orders can take up to 20 minutes, total BS. Seriously, skip this one

Service sucks except for a couple people. Food is hit and miss, drinks are overpriced and short poured. Management is terrible. Owners don't seem to care, when chuck owned it it was great!

Nice dog-friendly, covered outdoor smoking area, w/ 3 TVs facing out the windows so you do 't miss a thing.
Pool tables.
Great cider on tap.
All you can eat crab meal deal, too.

Had to wait forever for service. We got drinks pretty fast, but no one came back to take our food order. I finally went to the bar after waiting a half hour and placed an order there. When our appetizer came, it was cold. The menu said the fish was battered, but no, it was breaded.

I have nothing good to say about this place.

All you can eat crab was delicious. The music was extremely loud. We couldn't hear each other talk. I was horse at the end of the night.

We've been visiting Thrashers for quite a while now. I really like the vibe during football games and Sundays are always a good time there. They recently added a DJ on Thursday nights, which I think is great. However, I'm not a fan of the same sad karaoke every Friday and Saturday; I’d prefer if they only did it one night a week.

This place has great customers and a good karaoke night on Fridays. My biggest gripe is their is no consistency on food quality, and the drinks are hit and miss as well. They have made multiple mistakes with our bill, and when we bring it to their attention, they fix it but are super rude. Regulars get large pours, and the rest get skimpy pours. After going their over the last six months, we were not going back.

Service is awful, they are unorganized and the woman behind the bar is short with the other employees and I felt like I was an inconvenience when I ordered. I asked if they’d bring the food back to the bar they said yes. I paid for my drinks and my food and was told that they didn’t have a record of my order so I had to show them my receipt. Another woman told me they don’t bring food back to the pool area and there a sign. I said I’m sorry I didn’t see it and I got well it’s there. I said the other woman told me she’d bring it back and I got well she’s wrong. Okkaaaaaayyyyy!! I left feeling like crap and like I was an inconvenience and an annoyance. I don’t ask for much and don’t need much I just want what I paid for. I left feeling like garbage and I don’t ever want to go back. I paid $80 for food and drinks and it’s the worst $80 I’ve ever spent.
