Top Pot Doughnuts

We usually love Top Pot, but today was a disappointment. I took my daughter for a coffee and doughnut date, and the young woman working on Sunday morning was very rude when I misheard her and thought she was asking me to repeat drink size but she needed the full order repeated. She muttered “Jesus” under her breath, which really bummed me out. We just waited for our coffee and left when we normally hang out longer and enjoy our food. Unfortunately, my iced vanilla latte had burnt shots. I still left a tip because it seemed like she was having a bad day, and I wished her a good day on our way out—but she didn’t respond. Just a sad experience overall. We’ll try a different location going forward.

Being a retired baker myself I enjoy and occasional donut and taking in the smell. You wouldn't understand unlessyou made, fried and sold donuts.

11/27/24 @630 am. Staff has no customer service skills. No greeting when walking in. Worker not helpful on product selection. Overall poor experience. We love dougnuts but with the poor customer service, we will not be back.

Less than 10 total doughnuts in the counter. Not sure why they are considered a doughnut shop.

I came here on a whim wanting a solid coffee shop to work in and I absolutely loved it. I ordered their signature opal drink which is delicious. While I was working one of the baristas even came over and offered to top me off for free and was so incredibly sweet about it.

This place also is super cute and has the best vibes. I will absolutely be returning!

*This rating is a reflection of the service and the drink, however I won’t be a returning customer. Went to the drive through and the service was super sweet. The drink was pretty good. But it ended up being $7.35 for a 12oz coffee. Then I was asked if I wanted to donate a dollar for charity (which you can’t really refuse). And this was all before adding a tip so it ended up being almost a $10 coffee!!! I’m not a penny pincher by any means but cant justify spending $10 on a 12oz coffee.

I love getting top pot but the order I just got was super disappointing. The coffee was fine but the donut never should have been sold. The size it was versus the price was incredibly unacceptable. I got it delivered so I couldn't change my mind while ordering but this is not a glazed twist at any good donut place.

Great Donut and coffee hang out place. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Stepping into the building your welcomed with a warm and inviting atmosphere, they have plenty of seating and even an area with a couple soft chairs and toys for the kids.

Service is great, employees are fast, friendly and keep the place very clean in their down time.

They are very invested in customer service and correct mistakes without hassle if you mention it kindly.

This is my go to place on my way to work. 5/5

Shelly in the drive in window offers dog treats, a special smile and serves up ? the best homemade donuts and more for my office staff and friends, rarely any leftovers for me.
So good !
