As a delivery driver all around the Eastside, I see lots of fast food places and restaurant places. This is by far the cleanest restaurant by far. Daniel helped me and was so kind. He really cares about this restaurant and has impeccable customer service.

Walk in here as a white chick and get ignored literally forever. 3 people stare at me for 10 minutes. I even try saying excuse me and hello eventually. Got stared at still. Saw one white person working and he was dealing with a ton of trash. Would have been nice to get something but apparently they are too good for me đ¤ˇââď¸ its foul and by experience in the past, I would not ever eat here unless you want to be sick. They aren't going to be cleaning anything, not improperly either I mean they have probably never cleaned it
I went to Wendyâs late at night because I hadnât been feeling well all day, and I was hoping for a simple, decent experience. Unfortunately, the person working the counter at 12:14am âan adult maleâwas extremely rude and honestly shouldnât be working in customer service.
When my husband began placing our order, instead of politely asking if there was anything else weâd like (as is usually the case), the employee cut him off with a snarky comment along the lines of, âIt would be great if the whole order was said at once.â I stepped in to explain that my husband was orderingâhe had just finished saying the first meal and was in the middle of adding a second item when he was interrupted. This was not the only time as he did that when we were ordering the first meal.
At that point, all I asked for was mutual respect, but the employee didnât respond at all. It made the rest of the interaction awkward but who I am kidding the whole interaction was socially awkward . we werenât even sure if he had heard the final item correctly, since it didnât show up on the screen.
Also, when we first pulled up, the speaker was already talking before we had fully stopped the car, and once we reached the mic, the employee suddenly snapped, âHello, yes, what can I get for you?â We had to explain we hadnât heard the prompt clearly because we werenât close enough yet and my husband apologized.
The whole experience was unnecessarily unpleasant and rushed. It honestly made me lose my appetite. I hope management can address this because that kind of treatment is not okay.
Clearly I see other review on this too. So Michael this is towards you.(based on what the teller said on the receipt ) Donât ever think itâs okay to treat people rudely especially my husband. Your remarks are very rude and I didnât even explain it all. But I think it is Omar based on other reviews describing the same behavior!!

Bad attitude from Oscar at the pickup window. Didn't let me explain, interrupted me, and almost charged me double for not listening.

This may be the slowest Wendys I've been to, and the food is always cold. They need to hire better people. This location is horrible.

The quality of the food was great, fries crispy and all that. The store also looked clean, no visible kitchen grime anywhere. Important to give credit where credit is due.
That aside, when picking up a doordash delivery earlier in the day, I witnessed one of the staff dropping a closed bag of fries on the floor, no biggie. However they then set that bag directly on the fries counter. The woman at the fries station then grabbed the bag and put it in the freezer below. Meaning the floor grime with all of their shoes was now on the counter, and the fry-station lady's gloves. No one stopped to wipe the counter down or change gloves.
When I did come back to order some food for myself in between dashes, I asked for my biggie bag (I doordash for a living, I have to get the cheap options) to go. She first brought it out for dine in, honest mistake, but then put it all in a bag without much care. A third of my fries fell out. Now, I respect that she didn't grab my fries with her hand and put them in my bag, but she didn't also try and tip the tray into the bag or get me some extra fries, I'm just out that food because she mixed up my order.
Again, place looked clean and food tastes great. The people also are very nice, they notice you and ask you to wait if they're busy, they are very friendly while giving you your order. I did not complain in person because it's not my job to educate staff on hygiene, and because I've fought that losing battle where you're trying to do the right thing and the entire kitchen is staring at you like you're a freak, so I keep silent and move on. Seeing stuff be dropped and ignored just bothers me enough personally that I felt it important to let others know.

A year or so ago after I got off of work at 11:00 pm I went to this Wendyâs drive thru. It was late at night and I was the only car in the drive thru, so I rolled down my window waiting for someone to say hello. After what felt like 5 minutes I said hello and the person running the drive thru said I will be with you in a few, and next time wait for us to greet you. Other fast food drive thru places nearby if I say hello on the box they donât wait to take my order, they take my order and tell me it may be a few minutes of a wait till I get my food.

Manager and staff at this restaurant are so kind. We had made a mistake on a mobile order and they were generous to help us rectify the situation. The manager even remembered us when we came in two days later!

They always get me my cheese burger with diced onions even though its not in the system. To owner: please add it to the register so its less difficult for the nice employees. Thank you.

Went to this Wendyâs tonight and had one of the worst customer service experiences Iâve had in a while. The manager was on the drive-thru micârude, condescending, and clearly not cut out for customer service. I let it go and placed my order, only to receive it wrong. I circled back through to get it corrected, which they did.
But hereâs where it got worse: the manager actually took my food back through the windowâpretty sure thatâs a health code violation. Then, in plain view and earshot of customers, he began yelling at his staff, treating them with complete disrespect.
This isnât just about my order. Itâs about how poorly this location is being run. If the owner happens to read this, I hope you take a serious look at who youâve put in charge.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Wendyâs due to the behavior of the manager on duty. From the moment I pulled up to the ordering box, I was met with unnecessary snark and attitude. Instead of a welcoming interaction, the manager responded with irritation and impatience, making me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.
At the pay window, I witnessed this same manager yelling at employees in front of customers. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The way they spoke to both staff and patrons was rude, dismissive, and completely out of line for someone in a leadership position.
Employees deserve to work in a respectful environment, and customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire brand. I hope upper management takes action to address this and ensures better training and support for the team.
Completely rude. Sarcasm isnât necessary, if you hate your job quit instead of taking it out on people.
If I could go lower I would. My fries were so cold it was like they never touched the fryer. My burger was ice cold like they put in the fridge the night before. The burger was put together so poorly that the sauces were pouring out in my hands. I had to microwave the fries and they got warm and soggy!! All I can say is Wendyâs in Silverlake is the best store by far!!! Get with the program Bothell
Workers are nice
Chemical tasting. Will not eat here again.
