They closed their lobby at 4pm? I had already placed a mobile order and walked over from where I live like 10 minutes away. Doors were locked and they were ignoring anyone that tried to enter. Had to walk up to the drive through to get the food I had already paid for ha.

Every meal I've picked up here recently here takes about 15mins. I normally do the drove thru, but last time went in and it actually look about 20mins total. Understaffed and, like most restaurants these days, too busy with food delivery service orders to keep up with the normal flow.
Despite that, Tlthe food has almost always been good, but last time the fries were cold and the soda machine poured warm, flat soda.

I had a very poor experience today at this location. We ordered $39.99 worth of food and when I got to the window and handed the young man a $50 bill he went to get the manager. The manager proceeded to not nicely tell me that I should have asked first if they could break a $50 bill. He then walked away and continued to complain about it. When a young woman handed me my order I nicely told her as she wasn't the one I was upset with that if my order was $39.99 and paid with a $50 that I'm sure the till had a $10 bill in it. She understood and was very nice. The manager (I'm assuming) was unnecessarily rude. The food and the younger employees were great.
Do not go to this Wendy's their policy is to rip off their customer. When they make a mistake, they don't offer to refund you. They don't offer to fix it. They don't try and make things right. They try and just make you pay the incorrect price instead of fixing it when it's something wrong with them and their system. Do not go to this Wendy's and if you do check your receipt, make sure they're not ripping you off.

This Wendy's is consistently good. Service is always good to great, the food is what you'd expect from a Wendy's. Sometimes they run out of baked potatoes which stinks but that's not very common. I never really eat there, but the inside is renovated and there's at least one TV in the restaurant which is kinda cool.
