Had a vegan pho (#27). They always have veggie broth. Place was calm and clean. Food was good. Could have more south asian condiments.

Vegetarian options: #27 with vegan broth

Just had pho here. It was really excellent! Very seldom am I able to finish a whole bowl, but definitely gobbled this one up. Service was great: unobtrusive, ect no pressure to buy drinks or anything else, but our meal was brought out in record time, and it really couldn't have been better. Served with very fresh Thai basil, perfectly crisp bean sprouts, lime and jalapeno slices.

The place itself was clean and orderly, but was sort of antiseptic; not particularly warm or inviting, but comfortable. Would like to explore the rest of the menu, as the pho was truly excellent!

Be aware - they will charge you ~4-6% more than what it says on the menu. They call it “card fee” but they will initially try to charge you that amount even when you are paying with cash

The server is very rude and the prices are different from the menus and from what he said via text from the new owner that they “make up prices based on the people and amount”. So he charged us $25 more for 2 adults and two 3 year old kids., then was on the menu then he stated he has to charge
3% of our bill to dine in and use the silver wand to use a cup for water.
So to say As a Hispanic and native women I need to pay more then His people ….
This place went down hill since they sold it.

Hidden Fees and Small Portions – Beware of Unexpected Charges!

First, while the prices here are higher than most pho places, the portion sizes are noticeably smaller—roughly 70% of what you'd get elsewhere. I wouldn't normally complain about that, but what really shocked me was when we received the bill. They charged us more than the prices listed on the menu, without any prior notice!

I understand adding a 20% gratuity for parties of six or more (as noted on their menu), but what I don't understand is the hidden 3% charge that everyone is forced to pay. This extra charge wasn't mentioned anywhere on the menu, and we only found out when it was tacked onto our bill. Transparency is important, and this experience left a sour taste. I won't be coming back.

I have never left a one star review before, but this spring roll made me do so. How can a prime location in a big city charge you $9 for this incredibly uninspiring, lazy food? Some bruised chopped up lettuce, frozen shrimp in a bland roll. Even the peanut sauce couldn’t save it. I’ve been to Vietnamese restaurants in the middle of nowhere in Montana, and they still make an effort to make way better spring rolls than this. It’s an insult to authentic Vietnamese cuisine. 0/5.
We also tried the taro fries. 2/5. It’s not crunchy nor soggy. Just a bit firm and super bland.
Bottom line, the food here blows. And this is a chain location? I really hope they’ll reconsider their menu and put a little bit more heart into making their food.

Came here for lunch as the place across the street was closed for vacation. Sad outcome is that the food was BLAND. No flavor, small portions for $15.00 and the chairs had missing laminate and plenty holes. I wont be coming back, and I recommend you don't even go. Skip this place.
