The Rendition Rye is hands down my favorite Rye. The tasting was very professional an informative. Would highly recommend
Great staff, he was very knowledgeable! Beautiful space too. And needless to say, very tasty!
One of the best kept secrets in the Seattle metro area. I only discovered this place after moving into the apartment complex next door. The Dark Door Bourbon is fantastic - I actually am writing this review while googling their hours to see if I can buy another bottle!
Yum. The Dark Door bourbon ? = ?

I'm usually not a gin fan but I love their gin. Kure is a fantastic gin and they sell another exclusive to the tasting room. See if you can smell the whiskey they're currently aging. They are selling advance bottles out of current barrels.
Fantastic distillery! The alcohol was very good and worth a visit on it's own. The gins are refreshing, the vodka is smooth and the whiskey is delightful. Mike was very kind and walked us through the history of the company and the alcohol. He also instructed us on the proper way to drink vodka. I recommend stopping in and tasting their products!
The ambiance here is very nice, with a retro apothecary style vibe. It is clean, open, and inviting (albeit hard to find). It is clear that the distiller is very passionate about his craft. That being said, I don't think he's quite found his "voice" in spirits yet. Overall, I found the gins to be ok, not amazing. The vodka was, well, vodka.
