Only 4 stars for 2 reason. One they don't have coffee mugs, this a bit wasteful for the envirinment. Second is the coffee was just ok.

Apart from that is a fantastic place to relax and chill, place is amazing and have that elegant feel infront of the fireplace. The baristas were nice and attentive. Also very clean place.

They might as well install robots ? here that are programmed to be nice to you with a smiley face screen rather than force their employees into multitasking curt curmudgeons that can’t smile or look you in the eye at the counter and toss your food on the counter because someone is placing an order via the wireless headsets from the drive-through at the same time. Dehumanizing and Rude rude rude.

The Management needs to hire separate drive through and counter service so the baristas can be fully present with customers and not short rude and distracted with wireless headsets so much that a scowl is all you get when ordering. This is not blaming the employees. It’s blaming bad management. The food and coffee are great. All that is missing is inviting customer service.

This was a Huge Dissapintment for this particular Woods Coffee fan! The inside harkened nothing of the rustic cabin/den feeling of the other Woods Coffee Houses that I have visited. No real wall decor aaannnd definitely little rockery and wood. The floors stood out like stark cold cement warehouse floors. The, generally fun, Woods Coffee products (shirts, cups, etc.) were all located on a set of shelves secured high on one wall ... at first it looked like a display - not product to purchase. I found the employees rude and short... definitely not looking to smile or engage.

Just sad example of Woods Coffee. Obviously trying to grow their chain but at the cost of short changing the world of their warm charm. This location has no Woods Coffee warmth or charm. I won't return to this location.

Love woods coffee , came through sat 4/27 around 730 the girl at the window was rude gave her a 5 dollar tip bc i got 2 drinks and no thank you of have a good day!
