Great location & cozy ambience! Our latte and cappuccino were good! My latte surprisingly came with only 1 shot and it was way milkier than I'd like it to be. The barista graciously agreed to fix it though .The pastry complimented the coffee very well. One thing that struck us as odd was that there were no coffee mugs or stainless steel utensils anywhere. The shop was running on to-go cups/ lids and plastic cutlery! Didn't expect that for a chic-looking coffee shop with unique decor and furniture to be ok with serving all their customers in paper cups. Kills the good vibes. Serve in ceramic yo!

Cozy but spacious place with a fireplace surrounded by comfy chairs and a selection of large and small tables. Had the lemon-blueberry scone and the chai tea. The tea was hot, sweet and spicy and the scone was soft and tasty. Definitely, would go

Coffee is definitely good or acceptable. However, the staff/service is hit or miss. Today, unfortunately, for me, the service was definitely, most assuredly, by anyone's measure a miss. The young lady working the front counter I could have cut her contempt and annoyance with my fiance and I with a knife. We didn't exactly know what we wanted, we're relatively new to the menu, but it definitely wasn't rush hour. Maybe assist us instead of casting daggers by looking down your nose and sighing?Look, not everyone loves their low wage job, I get that, I really do, but damn, the coffee is expensive enough, I don't feel like paying extra in poor customer service attitude is what we need to be doing. The owner/manager may want to address that. I'm less likely to patron the store and brand as a whole if this is repeated. many Starbucks and Mercury's, Cafe Ladro, Becca's very nearby. Just saying. A simple smile goes a long way.

Awesome coffee. I'm definitely converted from the SBUX... So much better. I am so thankful that they have a sugar-free mocha which SBUX discontinued and lost my business. The owners are people of integrity as well.Vegetarian options: Gluten-free and vegetarian

The baristas were really nice, and they made me a very tasty vanilla latte. I enjoyed the lounge area with the fireplace, very cozy~

Like a nicer version of Starbucks. My toffee macchiato tasted amazing. The breakfast burritos were big and delicious. The seating and tables were elegant; huge plus for the comfy chairs by the fireplace. Bring Woods Coffee to Illinois, please!

I dropped by Woods Coffee on a Sunday afternoon with the family. Hot chocolate for the kids, a Caramel Macchiato for the wife, and a London Fog for me. All we're ready within about five minutes and served with a smile. Kids loved the HC and downed every drop, other than an unfortunate spill from the youngest. Wife enjoyed her CM and my LF was tasty, though a bit on the weaker side. I got a 24 oz and it looks like I should've paid for an extra bag (there was one, not quite enough for that much water). We sat outside and enjoyed the sun. There were some missed opportunities to make this visit amazing, but overall it was a good experience. I've been to Woods many times before and it's been consistent for me, though this was a first for the whole fam.

My favorite coffee place! They have great coffee drinks, and the food is made daily. My favorite food is the gluten free breakfast sandwich with sausage and the ham & cheese croissant.
