Everytime I go there is a problem. I once ordered and when I went to pay they just told me I couldn’t get the food. They said they didn’t offer it anymore. No justification, it seemed like they were too lazy to make my order. I was also rushed to the second window when I was still ordering. One of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.

This restaurant is one of the most comfortable and cozy places in our neighborhood. My girlfriend loves it and often asks me to go there and get her food. She really enjoys their promotions and the prices, which make it very convenient and affordable.
They also have a great app that helps us collect points, and we find it very useful. The staff is always friendly, and one of the things we really appreciate is how clean and welcoming the place is. Soft, calm music plays in the background, which creates a much nicer atmosphere compared to many other fast food spots.
One time, even though the restaurant was technically closed, we came without a car and tried to order through the Drive-In. The manager kindly went out of their way to help us and gave us our food. That small gesture meant a lot, and we are very thankful for it.

I ordered a number two which is the two cheeseburger meal with a fry and a drink. I only got one cheeseburger a medium fry and a medium drink and paid $9.18 for it and they didn't want to give me my other cheeseburger without charging me for a whole another cheeseburger. I have ordered this meal before in the past and it typically doesn't cost me anything more about $9.60 $10. Very dissatisfied with the service and the fact that they messed up and wouldn't fix it without making me pay more money.

Shift supervisor (the tall Hispanic man with short hair and a tattoo on the back of his head) seemed like a genuine guy who takes his job seriously. He was out running food to curb side, managing his crew, etc

The night shift has got to be the worst crew this store has ever had. A couple of friends and I went through the drive through at about 2am. We ordered about 40 dollars worth of food and I used the app so I could get points. When we got up to the counter I noticed a coupon for a discounted item. I gave the woman my code and she got confused and ended up messing up our order she got the manager and when we asked for the order to be corrected she started arguing with us and told us we had ordered wrong. We finally just ended up paying another 2 dollars and then got the food and it was all wrong. Things were missing! The whole experience was so unprofessional and embarrassing.
