My wife and I ate at Danny Boys tonight. She had the Fettuccine with Blackened Chicken and I had a small Caesar with the Tri Tip Skewers off the Appetizer menu. The food was amazing. I know exactly what I am ordering next time. The service was great and this is a really nice restaurant. We will be back!

Weeekend of Halloween and was told they had good food. We had a table of 7 the staff was good. One of our group had the been stroganoff looked delicious. I had the rib eye was seasoned perfectly and love the rock salt herbs and spices. Was an extremely busy and staff was helpful and attentive. They made sure our beverage was topped off. Side note the side salads were really good!

Really good food and service. Good portions. The only reason I gave it 4 is it is pricey. We (2) did not hit the top of the menu but an appetizer, 4 simple drinks, and two entrees was $150+. Not counting tip. Just be ready.

The restaurant was mostly empty as the golfing season was ending while we were there. My husband had prime rib, which was huge, very tender and delicious! I had the salmon fettuccine which was also generous in portion, and the salmon was perfectly seasoned. Our waiter was very helpful and sweet. He sent us home with a surprise piece of pie (our anniversary) in our carryout bag. The next day we had outstanding milkshakes there. Definitely, give the milkshakes a go. You won't be disappointed!

It's a great place to eat, there's seating outside if it's warm enough and cozy indoors ambiance. Food has been very good! All four of us loved our different orders.

Very disappointing experience. - Pork Sliders: pork was pure fat & gristle, two of three completely inedible. - Crunchy Pork Sandwich: like a hockey puck - inedible. - Dirty Rice: Very over spiced, husband who loves spicy foods could not eat it. Tower of tots and Prime Rib tacos were good. Service & Drinks were great.

I ordered club sandwich's on the golf course. They didn't even look like a club sandwich, they were on a Hoagie roll...the 2 stops of bacon were barely cooked from the day before. The meat was soggy....it was a barf up sandwich. I told the gal at the counter and she agreed with me. My golf partner and I both had upset stomach's and we will Never again order from the golf cart.

Worst experience ever. Waited an hour then asked to get the food to go. Got to the room and they gave us the wrong food. Bartender was rude. Couldn't hear yourself speak. Busch league.

Setting is amazing...such a beautiful view. Very substantial and delicious wedge salad. Fish and chips very average. Chewy not crisp coating on fish and the chips...oh so soggy. Bring out crispy hot fries please!

Danny Boy can be best described as decent food with decent service. That's it. And if you're staying at Gamble Sands unless you really want to drive 20+ minutes to dine elsewhere, this is it.The breakfast burrito is great, everything else is barely at par (pun intended). If Gamble Sands really wants to be a golf destination, dining needs to be a big part of it.

I rarely write poor reviews, but the service and speed at this restaurant is the worst I've ever had. 1.5 hours to get a couple of apps, hour to get a soda, brought us a pitcher of beer and took another 15 minutes for us to get glasses to drink it with. Food came out cold. Might be a staffing issue but would not recommend.

Booked a stay and play and after the round the four of us had dinner. Everyone loved their meals and service was outstanding. We also had breakfast and lunch the next day and it was so good!! No need to go off property for meals. Definitely will be back!!

We've eaten here a few times now, but today was the first time for breakfast, since they've improved their menu. Breakfast burrito with extra bacon on the side was great, and so was the Gamble Scramble. Mint fruit salad was tasty, but I was a little disappointed that it only consisted of cantaloupe and honeydew melon.Dining available inside and outside. Friendly staff. Great service.Make sure to check their website for updated menu, specials, and hours.
