Lady with dark thin like eyebrows and green highlights had a major attitude upon arrival. Barely talked and the whole time she was snippy. My mom had placed her drink then asked me if I wanted a drink and before I could answer she cut us off and with attitude asked “what was that? Are you getting another drink?” I told my mom to just leave because the encounter the whole time was unacceptable. I get we all have bad days but professionalism is key.

The turkey sandwich was a bit too hot which made it rubbery and it was too salty for me. I asked about an energy drink suggestion and she just gave me a menu.

This morning at 8:30 am my husband went to buy a coffee, I was on the e phone w him the whole time. The girl was totally rude and disrespectful with him. Isn’t nobody’s business about out protect life and we dint have to answer stupid questions. I’ve been there many times. I will never go back there. No I don’t recommend this place.

Usually, my experience here is good. The coffee is great and I like the baristas; however, I have seen people sitting at one of the windows just to sit and chat with the baristas a few times. Today, I went to get a coffee and noticed a car parked at the second window but facing the wrong way. I realized that this person was solely there to socialize with the barista as I drove up to the window; they had parked their car in the opposite direction to prevent customers from using that window. I assumed this person was another customer and had to wait behind a vehicle in front of me. This is not okay and not fair to the customers.

The barista named Christina or Kristina how ever you spell her name that works the evening shift very rude and unprofessional! Also slow at making drinks reading off of a cheat sheet! Had me waiting for over 20 mins as she took a car that pulled up after I had been sitting behind a car she finished helping. I questioned her and she told me she had to go window to window so I needed to wait and shut the window on me. I guess her parents never taught her no manners!
