Usually, my experience here is good. The coffee is great and I like the baristas; however, I have seen people sitting at one of the windows just to sit and chat with the baristas a few times. Today, I went to get a coffee and noticed a car parked at the second window but facing the wrong way. I realized that this person was solely there to socialize with the barista as I drove up to the window; they had parked their car in the opposite direction to prevent customers from using that window. I assumed this person was another customer and had to wait behind a vehicle in front of me. This is not okay and not fair to the customers.

The barista named Christina or Kristina how ever you spell her name that works the evening shift very rude and unprofessional! Also slow at making drinks reading off of a cheat sheet! Had me waiting for over 20 mins as she took a car that pulled up after I had been sitting behind a car she finished helping. I questioned her and she told me she had to go window to window so I needed to wait and shut the window on me. I guess her parents never taught her no manners!

I stopped here on the Friday morning after the recent “bomb cyclone.” I still didn’t have power at home so I was looking forward to a hot coffee. I got 2 drip coffees, one for me and one for my husband. I don’t remember the sizes but one was likely a 20oz and the other was likely a 12oz (or close). I dropped his off at his work in Buckley, not far away at all. That’s when I realized the coffees were only lukewarm at best. Hot chocolates for little kids are warmer than these coffees were. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to go back and wait in line again to get replacement coffees. Warm coffee would always be a bummer for me but what I keep wondering is, how long does coffee need to sit in a thermal coffee dispenser before it gets that cold/warm? Was it still there from the night before? That grosses me out. I’m still giving 4 stars for service though because the young woman who helped me was very nice.

Takes way way way too long. Quit talking to your friends and make coffee . They also don't take cash. This will be the last place I stop for coffee from now on.

Please just make the drink right. If you take my order and then tell the other girl to make it then please tell them my whole order. The last 3 times my order has been wrong. I am not even getting anything special just 2 drinks off the main menu with no alterations. Update: they still cannot make a drink correctly, and the girl at the buckley location is just rude when you remind her to do her job. Laziness at its finest.

Coffee is decent if you can get them to make it right. You WILL have to have them remake your drink multiple times. I reminded them 3 times today and they still forgot the whipped cream. They never say hello or goodbye. Maybe they should rehire new staff who can do basic tasks like make coffee because the current staff is hopeless.

I would give the worst possible star the only one I could give is one. The customer service at the buckely location is horrible. For the past few drinks we have been paying for two drinks but the points getting counted for one drink. I am angry when I brought up the situation to one of the associates at the buckely location she told me there was nothing they can do that I have to contact there corporat action to get it resolved. She then gave me the gift card that was suppose to have the corporate number on the card didnt I called back she claimed she didn't know it was not on there but also could not provide me with a number I can call to get my situation resolved. I hate Starbucks don't like giving them money. Sounds like big foot java don't give a dam. I don't like being stollen from. Big foot java is terrible with customer service. I won't be back to any of there locations

Don't give out change anymore instead put it on a gift card. They will still except cash but if don't have exact amount then you'll get a gift card for Bigfoot
