I came to pickup a mobile order and the employee was standing at the window a drink in hand before we spoke so I asked if that was the DoorDash and they said they don’t understand so I showed them my phone and they read the customers name out loud and said again I don’t understand… I asked them do you have this doordash order and They said yes it’s in my hand….Like seriously how did this conversation go so wrong! Why did you make this difficult? You clearly understood what I was asking the first 2 times.POOR SERVICE from whoever worked this morning.

Tori Passaglia was extremely rude andunprofessional. Also messed my drink up, the remade one was worse than the first. Then had an attitude about it, blaming her coworkers for not restocking, the uncleanness, and lack of supplies. I do not recommend and will not be back due to Tori.

Had a craving for a Dairy Queen Peanut Butter Oreo cookie Blizzard while on Holiday for my birthday next door at Hotel, I opted for Cafe Elite within walking distance, they aren't DQ, by longshot, but they did a very nice impression that quenched my craving. Thanx ladies ??

Seemed very nice but when I arrived at 8:45 (they close at 9 online) they said they could no longer make me a coffee because they had decided to shut down the machine.In my opinion you should then list your hours as 8:30 or 8:45 online and just close at that time.

The place is great to go to, coffee done right, baristas nice and pleasant, there isn't a big variety on food choices and I didn't see a tea variety, doesn't mean they done have one I just didn't see one, I will return, even tho the prices are high, but that is everywhere, which it shouldn't but I do recommend going.

I have been coming here for a very long time. I love the staff. They make the coffee just right and the prices are great! I have probably spent thousands here to be honest I'm sad to hear the employees are treated the way they are and now since the staff change is happening due to the way they are being treated ? I WILL NEVER patronize the stand ever again. Breaks my heart that such great loyal and dependable employees are left with unsafe situations terrible work conditions having no heat and can not be respected as they work so hard to keep the customers coming back. Shame on you.... You have lost several customer's and your staff will be treated and paid better somewhere else. Good for them! Sad for the Buckley community.

I usually love coming here but I am just in shock how one of the baristas was talking about another coworker. I think her name was sierra, but she was telling costumers not to come through if Jordan is working. These girls all seem so sweet but this type of behavior is unacceptable. Seems very immature.
